Unbelievable Staff!!!! They met our every need as well as went Way Beyond All our Expectations!! Donnie and Matt were at our beck and call 24/7!!! We could have not asked for a better location, service and amenities!! You will not be disappointed!!

I have a Westgate time share in Orlando. I had to hurry up and use a week that was almost expiring. I was finally able to get into the MBeach resort. Love my view. My child and I have never gone to the beach in the winter so this is gonna be a heck of 7 days. Usually, she stays in water but now we have to visit the sites/attractions of the town. I am enjoying my stay (even though this is my first nightj). Will let you know at the end of trip if still good.

What is to say , simply the nicest hotel on the beach,Great and caring staff , all our needs were met 110%, Stay with confidence and i assure you if you have a problem its taken care of now. The rooms are beautiful and met all our needs, Great Location, great Price , clean rooms and a Terrific hot tub, staff even checked to make sure it was on when they went by.The Housekeeping Manager stopped to make sure all our needs were met.Many thanks to staff , management , owners for making my wife and my self feel so special.Ok i think you get it ,

This was a great vacation, great location right on the beach, and close to other attractions that we did, Staff was great. Loved the hot tub!!! The discounted tickets for attractions did help. Donnie was great and very helpful.

Westgate experienced a 3 day loss of power for an entire 17th story bldg. in which I was staying for 7 days. While some internet reviews had noted some electrical problems in this bldg. Westgate said this had never happened before. They did not have any kind of contingency plan in place nor did they appear to try to expedite getting repair mechanical parts from Ohio. I was told parts were being shipped by a roadway courier. I was told the weather was too bad to ship by plane but a truck would get through the weather with no problem in just 10 short hours. The 10 hours turned out to be 2 days later before power was restored. I was told that the part would have been there sooner but the part got lost. No tracking numbers was obtained so I was told by a serviceman that they were on the phone for 8 hours trying to find the package. If they had only used Overnight service. We were put up in one of their hotel rooms which did not have a kitchen. Instead of cooking in our resort villa, we had to eat out for the 3 days. No accommodation by Westgate on any of the meals. They initially offered to give us a breakfast buffet for a timeshare sales pitch which by the day of the appointment, I was absolutely not going to waste anymore of my vacation time for a $8.00 buffet. We had already spent hours tracking back and forth between the hotel and villa to change clothes, etc. Initially we were told the power would be back on in about 5 hours so we didn't move our belonging to the hotel room which they gave us to freshen up. By day 2, we moved all of possessions to the hotel room. The late evening of day 3, the power was finally restored, and we loaded all of our belongings to trek back to the villa bldg. Since it is wintertime in Myrtle Beach, there were not that many guests in this bldg., I believe Westgate decided to sacrifice these few quests' vacation experience and receiving negative publicity than to get the power restored in a more expedited manner. They could have hired a private air courier to deliver the part instead of a roadway courier that delivers mass packages to many customers. I guess they have never watched "Shipping Wars". While the staff was very sympathetic, Westgate corporate should have stepped in and got the job done. Not sure what kind of service contract if any, Westgate has to fix these types of problems, but maybe they should include a damages clause if the service contractor can't get the problem fixed within a reasonable amount of time, .i.e. 8 hours. Then Westgate could compensate its guests for their loss. While certain incidents may be out of their control, it doesn't mean they can't control the situation. Maybe, Westgate needs to review this incident, and conduct a "lessons learned" to improve the response time. The staff were all very nice and tried within their authority to make the bad situation more pleasant. The problem, the staff did not have the authority to fix this situation. So if you decide to stay at this resort, be sure to take camping equipment, flashlights, outdoor cooking equipment, etc. in case the power goes out. Never know when this might happen again.

Room Tip: Choose the rooms with electrical power.

The power outage that you describe was very unfortunate and the entire Westgate staff extends sincere apologies. The experience was very demanding for everyone involved (staff and guests). We are very thankful for those guests that understood that situations arise that we have no control over, yet were very understanding and helpful. There are in-fact forms of compensation distribution on a case by case basis. If you fill out an exit survey or contact the department that booked your reservation, you would be able to speak with a Westgate Agent that is very willing to assist you with your concerns. Again, we apologize about your inconveniences and hope you give us another try to exceed your expectations.
