“GREAT park.....”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 September 2013

My husband and I visited early on a Saturday morning,,,,,great walking trails,,,beautiful ponds and park property,,,,didn't see any alligators, but saw plenty of ducks, some birds, lots of beautiful dragonflies and some pretty cool spiders and their webs.....I love photography, so was able to have some fun with my camera.....Don't know if I would feel real comfortable on some of the trails by myself,,,,,,also we had an issue with a dog owner who would not keep her dog on the leash,,,I have a probably unhealthy fear of dogs, and was a little not happy about that....would love to visit again when in the area......

“BRICK POND PARK in North Augusta, S.C.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 July 2013

Brick Pond Park in North Augusta, S.C. is a beautiful garden of eden! I highly recommend it to tourists who like to walk. The landscaping is gorgeous. If you go to BPP at the right time of year and are luckly, you will see an alligator in it's natural enviroment (much better than seeing alligators penned up in a zoo). Also, while at BPP, visit the lobby of the new Municipal building and enjoy viewing the local artwork.

“Nice tourist attraction”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 July 2013

Every time we have visitors from out of the country, we bring them here for a quick visit as this is just a short distance from where we live. Brick Pond Park was recently built right next to the city hall of North Augusta. This park uniquely shows the nature with the pond and the walking path around it. You can have a picnic as there are several benches by the pond. We usually walk the trail (both paved and unpaved) which leads you to the Greenway of North Augusta.

This is a great place to walk and/or run.

“Beautiful and serene.”

A lovely place to sit and think or walk the dog or play with the kids. North Augusta is a lovely, progressive little town by the Savannah River. There are many hiking trails and places to picnic.
