The best thing to say about the hotel is it was a clean room BUT it is poorly maintained..all the bathroom fixtures are just hanging on ..no screws in the plates for the towel rack. There was a problem with water temperature. While taking a shower the temperature of the water was constantly changing. A drawer on the dresser had been torn off and readded as a door. It is now hinged and doesn't fit right so it stays open. The breakfast was what we expected, very limited offerings. We did hear the train, planes, and traffic. I would stay here again, because the room was clean, the beds were good for sleeping, had a refrigerator, and its in a great location for shopping and right off the interstate.

I got this room last min cause it was close to the expo hall I was working. At first I was a little worried but it was great for the price. Very clean, safe and the staff was great. Don't let the outside fool you. I would stay there again. Best price in area for what you get.

We stayed here for four nights and enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and quiet. There is a nice breakfast every morning with plenty of coffee, juices, pastries, cereals and waffles. The TV has tons of cable channels which came in handy when we were stuck there during the massive ice storms in February 2014. The internet was good- sometimes we would have to log out and log back in just to get it working better. It wasn't too big of an inconvenience, and again, we were there during the major ice storm so that could have played a part in that. The location is great- just a quick walk across the street to the Tanger Outlets with a number of dining options.

Also a quick ride down 26 into downtown which was great- we could get downtown and grab a nice dinner without hassle. This was a great hotel and we would stay here again without hesitation.

I stayed here on my weekend off during a business trip because I wanted to take in the sights in Charleston. The hotel is clean and the rooms were spacious. The WiFi was fast with no dropouts. The hotel is in walking distance to a HUGE shopping center. I found plenty of places to eat and even got a haircut without having to get in my car. Its within 15 minutes of downtown Charleston, so getting to the museums and shops was no problem. The only complaint is that a couple of times my key stopped working and I had to take it to the desk for them to reset it. Very good hotel for the business traveler or for the casual sightseer like me.

Clean, quiet, friendly staff at front desk. Beds were comfortable. Nice quick breakfast set up, except waffle mix tasted like card board. Mentioned to the desk clerk after the first night the room door stuck and would not close with the self closer. Was not fixed the additional 3 days we were there. Also mentioned tub fixture leaking water pretty bad when you cut on the shower. Again, was not fixed while we were there.

The best thing to say about the hotel is it was a clean room BUT it is poorly maintained..all the bathroom fixtures are just hanging on ..no screws in the plates Etc..we had room 147 and after we called to say there was no hot water a maintenance man came to tell up the faucets are backwards ( hot is cold in both the sink & shower- if they know this why don't they fix it) the parking lot is full of holes & gives it an abandoned look. This was the forst Quality in I've ever stayed at without a guest computer & printer available to print boarding passes Esp in one by an airport. I gave them an average because4 the room was clean, the beds were good for sleeping and the breakfast was a little better than average

Room Tip: get on further back from the front to cut down on freeway noise

It is rare these days to have a hotel that meets your needs in quality and service; that makes you want to stay at their hotel. The Quality Inn Coliseum is a true representation of both those two qualities we look for in a hotel. Michigan is cold this time of year and the south has it's warmth...but nothing is warmer to me then the kindness we received from those whom serve the community. Kudo's to Management!
