The food and service at SeaBlue are outstanding for anywhere in the country! Add to that a relaxed welcoming atmosphere. Clearly the Chef cares about and uses the best ingredients - you will appreciate the flavors, like the aged balsamic vinegar on the stacked caprese appetizer. Beef lovers are in for a treat - the choices start with Prime and the quality escalates to American and Japanese Wagyu beef - my wife was amazed by the flavor and tenderness of the American Wagyu which was well worth the extra cost. So many interesting choices on the menu - I had the duck breast with a foie gras sausage which was clearly the best duck I've had - extremely tender with amazing flavor. Service was perfection - well-paced, never rushed, friendly, knowledgeable - the focus on real service without interfering with our special occasion. And that made it a very special dinner.
