A great stay for the price. Clean, quiet, and tower 1 is right on the coast. Parking a bit of a challenge if you bring a car no problem. Truck or suv prepare for a little challenge in the parking garage

We stayed here via Elliott Realty. When we initially arrived you couldn't find a parking spot close to the elevators to take a weeks worth of belongings to your room. After a 30 minute wait to find a parking spot, we then had to wait on a luggage cart, then after that wait we then had to wait for the elevator. It took a good hour just to get to your room. Our room was awful. There was blood on the wall in the bedroom, pasta sauce on the cabinets, and what appeared to be shampoo in the bath tub. Another downfall was the parking was across the street and the first two levels of the parking building was for visitors to the Cherry Grove Pier and for the restaurant located in the resort.
The staff was very friendly however. I would not recommend this resort or Elliott Realty.

Thank you so much for your review of your stay with us. We strive to give the best that the Grand Strand has to offer in accommodations and we appreciate your business. It is extremely important that we be made aware of any complaints during your stay so that we may take action while you are here. Check in days are typically quite hectic at all properties along the beach with all the guests trying to get into the parking garage and their units at the same time. We understand that it can be frustrating to have to wait your turn for a luggage cart or the elevator when all you want to do is start your vacation and get to the beach or pool. We sincerely hope that you were able to enjoy the rest of your vacation and take in all the great activities and beautiful scenery the area has to offer. Just a friendly remider that some of our properties do offer Sunday check in's which are typically a little less hectic and we also have condos in smaller buildings which by design are going to have less people. We would be glad to help you find a condo that works for your family's needs.

It is because of our loyal guests that Elliott Beach Rentals has been the front runner in vacation rentals in the Myrtle Beach area for over 50 years.

We sincerely thank you again. It was our pleasure to have you as our guest and we hope to serve you and your family again

Last minute vacation, of course during peak season! Great experience from beginning to end. The reservation specialist was very customer/service oriented and accommodating to my needs. We stayed in Tower II across the 2 lane street from Tower I but had an unblocked oceanview. ALL of the hotel staff were very friendly. Room was cleaned every day, which I did not expect since we stayed 4 nights. Kitchen was clean and had updated appliances and Corian countertops. Bed was very comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious (we stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with 2 baths).

Room Tip: The tower II across the street has grt oceanview

We checked in and were told we were going to have to move into a different room after one night. We agreed to this, and did move ourselves after the first night. We went to the front desk around lunch time the second day and were given keys to the new room. We moved our belongings to the new room and took the key to the old room back to the front desk. We then went back to the beach for 3 hours.

When we returned to our room ALL of our belongings were gone. The hotel had come and taken everything we owned out of the room. We were shocked to find our room empty of our belongings. Come to find out the front desk messed up and we should have not moved into a new room, but the hotel never contacted us. They just came and took all our belongings. It was very upsetting to walk in a room and ALL of your belongings are gone. We had cell phones with us on the beach yet no one from the hotel called to tell us of the mix up, or that they had taken our belongings.

We will never stay at your hotel again, and I assure you we will not reccommend your hotel to anyone either.

We sincerely apologize to you again concerning the room move errors that occured during your stay ten months ago. We try not to inconveniece our guests at all during their stay unfotunately miscommunication occured between our staff. When you accepted our compensation for the error, you indicated that you were satisfied and you have not communicated with us in over ten months until last week when you called looking for two hats left during that stay. Unfortunately, we do not keep any lost and found items over 90 days. Please contact us with any additional concerns so that we may resolve this matter to mutual satisfaction.

My husband and I stayed at The Prince resort the 3rd week on September, the weather was fantastic and the crowds were gone. The beach was quite empty. I had originally booked a room at Towers on the Grove but they over booked and moved us to The Prince. We had a 1 bedroom boulevard view but our kitchen had a side ocean view and our balcony and living room faced the inlet but also had a side ocean view, for anyone hesitating booking boulevard, it was a great little condo room at a lesser price. The condo was perfect for a couple, small but had everything we needed and modern The staff members we did encounter were quite friendly. Everything was well maintained and clean. We would definitely go back!

Room Tip: Better view higher up, we were on 12th floor

Ok, I don't normally complain about anything or much of anything anyway. Currently in my room at the Prince Resort, if you could call it a resort. I've seen cleaner motel rooms than this one i'm currently in. Staying in room 704. Let me start off with as soon as I walked in the door, on the right the coat closet door has a hole in it the size of a golf ball. The washer/dryer is big enough to only hold three clothing items/small beach towels which a washer/dryer combo in the room is nice in theory but not this one. When we first come into the room we noticed the never vacuumed sandy tile floors (didnt realize i was walking straight onto the beach as soon as I opened the door to my room!), we opened up the balcony and found a huge fish hook, thank goodness I didnt step on it! The carpet left my feet black and i'm am a very pastey caucasian! The white sink was stained coffee brown and wouldnt come off, the maid has yet to vaccuum or dust this room and we've been here 4 days! We pulled out the sofa bed and found cheetos inside and nasty, dirty sheets. The elevators were slow and hot in both buildings. The beach was so crowded there was nowhere to settle down at. The pier takes up most of the beach area. The pool was small and only went to 5ft at tower 1. Yesterday it look like someone had thrown up in the pool (yum!) and no one cleaned yet everyone was around it in the pool so maybe thats something people dont care about. There was a life guard but on the big signs at the pool it says "No lifeguard on duty" So I was a little confused. The mixed drinks at the bar were 8 dollars so you would think they were the best da** drinks on the southern east coast for that price. But they werent by far. Too much ice not enough alcohol. The parking sucks because it's not only across the street but it's also at an angle nearly a block away, plus it had pier parking and restaurant parking which came first before the hotel parking in the parking garage therefore we had to take the slow-a$$ elevator no matter what. The room has good intentions as far as decor and the room is a good size. The double beds, however, are hard as a rock if not harder than a rock, and almost as if intentionally made for a single "little person." My back as well as everyone else's backs are hurting as I type. Except, for the two girls who had to sleep in the cheeto-filled sofa bed, but at least they had a snack! Dont stay in room 704. I would like to complain to the desk to have my room comp'd but I doubt they will. But overall it was a lovely trip except for the main part of my day inside the dirty hotel.

Room Tip: Just say no....
