The staff at this location are fantastic, from the from desk to the room attendants.
A decent free breakfast, newspaper and the wifi speeds are pretty good as well.
All in all a good choice for the Orangeburg area.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for reviewing our hotel. The staff was thrilled over your comments and asked me to print it for the bulletin board. :) You made our day!
Thanks again!

We stopped here after a 10 hr. drive. Check in was great. Still some smoking rooms available on the 4th floor. We had a none smoking room ,but you could smell the smoke down the hall. Other than that it is a great place to stop.

This hotel is close to the interstate. It's easy enough to get to but a bit of a problem to leave from because of their street intersecting a major highway. The hotel has no large vehicle parking. This is important if you haul college sports teams for a living. One would have to leave large vehicles parked on the street or in the lot of another hotel across the street.

The rooms are large and clean. The staff is friendly. Breakfast isn't anything to write home about but is adequate to get your day started. I'd stay here again.

I want to Thank you for staying with us and for completeing the review of Sleep Inn. I would also like to apologize about the parking lot. The way the parking lot is designed, it looks as if we only have a small lot. We should have informed you that the huge parking lot all the way to the next hotel is ours. I know not having this information must have made it difficult for you to park. I am sorry for the confusion and thank you so much for staying with us. I would also like to thank you for your patience "hauling those college sports teams around". A friends daughter was traveling with you and she had an awesome experience. Take care, travel safely and we hope to see you again.

Stayed one night on a trip to Ohio. Gas stations, fast food, and Ruby Tuesday all within sight. The price was nice but so was the place. Clean and friendly staff. You cant buy alcohol anywhere in SC on Sunday. They lent us a corkscrew and we ate in the room. No problem. Free cont breakfast typical of most hotels. we would stay again.

Located just off I 26. Many restaurants close by. Easy on and off. Hotel staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and well designed for comfort and convenience. Shower and toilet are separate from sink area. Beds were firm yet comfortable. A little over head "thumping" could be heard at times, yet not objectionable.
Continental breakfast was average with waffles offered along with the usual items. Parking was easy although the entrance is primarily through a gas station.

This hotel served its purpose for our recent trip to Florida. It was just a stopover for the night to break the trip up. We booked our rooms online which was a mistake. I always ask for the best rate when checking in. Since we booked online, the front desk personnel was not able to give us a discounted rate. We paid $92 for the night and could have paid about $75. We also noticed about 30 miles south was another Sleep Inn advertising $60/night. The breakfast was ok and actually the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches were pretty good.

My husband and I had three choices to make for our hotel stay in Orangeburg, SC thru Choice Privileges Hotels; 1) Quality Inn (which was the cheapest), 2) Comfort Inn (which was the most expensive), 3) Sleep Inn (which we chose because it's reviews on TripAdvisor and the price was inbetween 1 & 2. We have stayed at many hotels and this was not even close to being priced appropriately. The hotel was nice until you got to the room. The carpet was old and wrinkled, the chair was worn out with frayed holes in it, the furniture was worn thru the finish to bare wood in many spots, we did not have coffee cups, the lighting was either too bright or not enough, the TV was not auto-programmed for channels so much of the time spent was trying to find an active channel. Very, very disappointed in the price for this hotel at $85.49 a night!
