I went to this bed and breakfeast for my friends birthday. It was me, her, her parents, and one of my other friends. We stayed there for one night but we had so much fun. The boat ride on the lake was really enjoyable and the scenery was beautiful. The food that was cooked for us was wonderful. The owners are very nice and they were also our cooks. They made us feel at home and very welcome. I had a geat time.
Three Pines View is a brand new Bed and Breakfast that was simply amazing. The room was very spacious with a fireplace, flat screen, DVD player, wine chiller, and jacuzzi tub. It had high end finishes throughout. Steve and Diane (the owners) are around all day and night to cater to every need. The cooked to order breakfast and dinner are amazing. The B&B also has a hot tub, phenomenal mountain views, on-site massage therapist, and a host of other treats. So many of the little things other hotels charge for are complimentary here. I promise you will not want to leave. We can't wait to go back.
The location of this place is fantastic..only 5 minutes from lake Jocassee and situated on a hill with beautiful views of layers of mountains. The quality of the lodge and rooms is also top notch - everything is really, really high quality. It feels like a small luxury lodge, but with enough comfortable furniture and decor that it feels relaxing and homey.
The owners are wonderful. Very friendly, attentative and gracious. The husband cooks the food and it is the best I ate in a long time...really like sitting down at a five star restaurant (I am not exagerrating).
While there, definately do some hiking or kayaking around lake Jocassee or on the Chattooga river. What an awesome place. I'll be back!
Exceptional mountain views, DELICIOUS FOOD, and luxurious bedding, Three Pines View had it al! I was so surprised to find this in Oconee coutny! Diane and Steve, the owners, were so accommodating and have done a remarkable job creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere! They offered boat rentals and massage therapy! I mean what a perfect mini vacation!! I highly recommend staying as long as you can at this lodge!
