We like the atmosphere, the food is usually good, not stellar but we're not expecting fine dining when we go there either. The first few years this location was opened it was very clean, had good food and good service. It's gone down hill since then. The last time we went we had to ask for new silverware three times. Some of our parties food was cold, others burnt. We requested to talk to the manager. She said she was new to the location. I'm shocked she wasn't fired instead of transferred. She is obviously lacking in people skills and has a general who gives a hoot attitude. Unfortunately, everyone I talk to feels the same way. We won't be back until they get their act together.
