Ribs to die for: worth the trip all the way from Paris! We took the hot sauce which was also truly special. As sides, you're allowed 2, the stew is also a hit, could be a course by itself. Staff is very nice and prices most reasonable. Big selection of deserts but we didn't try them. Only (small) disappointment: cole slaw with much too much dressing.
Ok, it's in the middle of nowhere, they are only opened 2 evenings a week, you have to wait and you better get there early because they quickly run out of each dish but ... it's worth it and I would go back there with huge pleasure anytime: a bit sad to see that America thinks it's "national food" is McDonald's & Co. when in fact this place serves what is the true good, great American food.
