I know chocolate and they do too. There are so many delicasies to choose from but I made an excellent choice in the dark chocolate truffle.

Wandered in here following dinner just to look around. Ended up having ice cream. I had a huckleberry ice cream cone and my husband went for the butter pecan. The ice cream is very flavorful, cream and full of huckleberry. We were in heaven. To top it off, we purchased turtles and choclate covered carmels. The candy is rich and buttery with silky chocolate. Wish I had bought more!

Stopped there twice during our recent stay in the Black Hills. Very delicious truffles, caramels and ice cream. The first time we stopped the staff was very friendly and we were the only ones there at first. Second time it was very busy but the staff was still pleasant. There was a big selection and the treats we had were fresh.

We had been continuously tempted by the attractive window display of treats as we walked through Hill City and stopped in to enjoy ice cream and fudge. Felt service was good as many were young high school students and enjoyed talking with the owner/chocolate creator. Large variety of fudge and happy to purchase several types to enjoy on the long trip home. While it may have been slightly pricey, not surprised given the lack of competition in the area. Still felt it was worth it and glad to support local business owners.

We have never been in a fudge shop that forced you to buy a half a pound of fudge without so much as a sample. They were sure to tell us we could buy 1 1/2 pounds and get a 1/2lb for free but wouldn't let us sample any of them. That was too much fudge at a $6 price for 1/2lb for us to risk it. We aren't made of that kind of money.

We bought a 1/2lb of the milk chocolate and vanilla mix. It was good but not worth writing home about. We got 3 different truffles as well at a $1.89 each. They had nice soft centers.

The teens running the counter were confused and not friendly. My husband did get a good Americano coffee which was way too hot for him to drink for like 20 min.

This place had a variety of items and will satisfy your sweet tooth at a hefty price and again, no sampling. We pass on another visit.
