We spent two wonderful nights here while touring Mt. Rushmore and the Black Hills area. What a treat this was! Our hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast was fabulous and reminded us of the breakfasts we had while in Italy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The sitting area outside the bedrooms was a great place to sit and visit with the other guests. We have no complaints at all and would love to return there someday. The B&B is a little ways from Rapid City, down a gravel road, and tucked away in the Black Hills. We very much enjoyed being away from cities and just sit back and enjoy the serenity found here.

Room Tip: Be sure to use you GPS.

and it won't be our last...This Huge Home with 10 Rooms and Bathrooms tucked away in the Black Hills. What a treat, and one of the Best Breakfast Feasts we have ever had. Christina and Hans Peter our Hosts were the best, and you can see they enjoy what they do.
This place is a short 30 min. drive from Mt. Rushmore and other attractions..Lakes near by and if you don't want to do anything...its ok, just enjoy.
No TV's in The bedrooms...your cell phone won't work...but exellent WFI.
Breakfast is family style, 8:30, but coffee is when you wake up.

Room Tip: I'm glad I called to confirm our Res. My partner can not do steps and we were given a room on th...

We were able to book this B&B at the very last minute. The family who owns this establishment are amazing and served a swiss style breakfast that will make your toes curl. We slept like rocks in the comfortable beds. This was the first time my husband had ever been to a B&B and I dont think he will ever stay in a boring corporate hotel again. Christine sent us to the Terrace for dinner less then a mile away. We sat under the stars and listened to jazz. Thank you so much for making our Honeymoon amazing.

Room Tip: bring your swim suit!

If you are looking for quiet, peace and great personal service off the beaten track but still in the middle of the Black Hills this is the place to go. Friends recommended the Coyote Blues Village B&B to us and the entire family (2 adults, 2 kids) loved it. According to my son, the second best place to stay ever after Bali, Indonesia! Service is great and personal, Breakfast is fantastic and the the rooms are spacious and clean. For dinner we highly recommend the Bistro at Black Forrest Inn, just across the street on the main highway.

We stayed at the Coyote Blues Village B&B for 4 nights. We stayed in the Turkish room which is down stairs on the lower level of the house. It is truly quiet and peaceful down there. The deck is right above the room so you might hear a few footsteps or chairs in the morning but that's it. I slept so good here. The place is clean and comfortable. Our room had a tv and a mini fridge and a private bath.... From what I understand not all rooms have all of those amenities but there is a tv and a refrigerator for everyone's use. We had a private hot tub on our deck and oh boy was that extra special and relaxing. We met some very nice, interesting people on our stay here and we thoroughly enjoyed that. The property is way off the beaten path which is why we chose it. If that bothers you, then don't stay here. It is a drive from town. The breakfast was good, fruit and cereal, meats, cheeses, and eggs. My only complaint is that it was so hot while we were there and there's no air conditioning on the property and it got pretty warm but that's not the owner's fault really. Stay here, you won't be disappointed. Mount Rushmore is truly amazing and a must see.

Our extended family just spent 3 wonderful nights in the secluded, peaceful and beautiful home of Christine and Hans Peter. It had all the amenities and privacy of an upscale comfortable hotel and all the comfort and charm of staying in the home of friends. Delicious European style breakfast was served on the deck every morning surrounded by Black Hills pines and rolling green hills...fresh breads, meats, cheeses, egg dishes and sometimes crepes. Lots of space to relax and visit with friends. Easy access to all that the Black Hills has to offer. This B&B will go on my favorites list! You will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: All of the rooms were excellent. The Turkish room is particularly comfortable. The Antique Room ha...
