Ok so their accommodations are apparently the best the small city of Wall can offer. Most likely this is true considering the choices are limited. The seemingly brand new log cabins are packed tight and neatly between a cemetery and a pasture land and smack right on the highway. Inside our cabin, the rustic mountain interiors are beautifully laid out and furnished.
Apparently, we were not the only ones enjoying the comfort of this place. Bugs from the pastureland have settled inside as well to upgrade their dwellings. Not so visible to the naked eye since they are nocturnal. When we woke up the following morning, our arms had blotches of red and itching from insect bites, some weeping. Luckily, I was equipped with medications to address this issue in case it happens so my suffering was mitigated. Still, it took 8 days for the symptoms to resolve.
The outdoor spa was enjoyable after a day's hike at badlands. There's a sauna which we decided not to use.
This place can also do better if it has a friendlier staff who enjoys what she does. It seemed that the staff in question (named after a day of the week) is just forced to worked here. She hardly smiles and make eye contact with her clients. Not in the right service industry, methinks.More
