“Where am I?”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 August 2013 via mobile

I'm pretty sure this is Sandy's since the picture on here matched. However there's a neon sign that says Jug's Cafe and some plates named Rudy's. I don't know what's up with all that. The food is standard greasy spoon burgers, fries and little else. My quarter pound cheeseburger was fine. I was surprised being a thin little frozen puck that it hadn't gotten finished all the way through in the middle. The onion rings were perfect on one side and burnt on the other, another mystery. Cheerful place.

“Home cooking, friendly service”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 December 2012

Reminded me of my grandmother's cooking. Meatloaf, fried okra, green beans, great pintos with chopped onion. Fresh iced tea. Dinner for two for about $15. So pass up the fast food places on highway 81 and eat some real food.

“a charming place”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 September 2012

If you want an authetic, go where the locals go restaurant, this is it. Breakfast was $2.59 each.... which included a generous portion of bacon, eggs, grits and biscuit and gravy. A real charming place.
