Sierra was our guide and she was AMAZING and super knowledgeable. If you go and get her it will be a treat. We waited in line a while but it was totally worth it.

Long line because holiday weekend but moved quickly and worth the wait. Kids were amazed by the cave and all the rock formations. Nice 1/2 mile walk to the waterfall which is broken up by informative/ history talks. Guides are excellent but most of all waterfall is breathtaking!

This was my wife's first visit. It had been raining and they actually closed the your due to flooding. We were lucky to be there when they first opened back up. The waterfall was amazing! If you have the option, go when it's been raining. If its been dry, they falls will be disappointing. It is very nice tour of a cave.

Very claustrophobic and narrow closed space, but worth it! If you know you are claustrophobic , take your medication beforehand. If you are unsure, err on the side of caution. There is no going back. Also there are no bathrooms in the cave. Make sure to use the bathrooms in the main entrance. Ask to have Andy guide your group.

The view of the waterfall is amazing. The rest is mediocre and they try to fit too many people through quickly so you do a lot of squeezing up against the walls letting other groups that are coming back from the falls pass. But if you just enjoy the easy walk (there are maybe 10-15 steps on the whole tour and are spread out so its just a few at a time), take the tour for what it is, and spend some time at the falls it was well worth the time. It is a little pricey but the waterfall is just gorgeous. The tour guides are great as well. Most of them seem to really enjoy their jobs and are entertaining.
