An indoor playground. Bring a book and turn the kids loose. No outside food is allowed. There is a snack bar (pizza, hotdogs, drinks) but it's expensive. The last few times we've just gone to McDonald's instead.
Be prepared to spend more money once inside. Most of the video games spit out tickets, and you'll never have enough to trade for the toys your kids really want. Lots of frustration before you get out.
