Found the hotel really easily, just off the highway. Was a bit concerned when we arrived as it is close to the highway and the AT&T stadium but we didn't hear anything inside the hotel.

We were given balcony rooms on the 6th floor which were lovely and clean and spacious. Large comfy bed and ample size bathroom. The down side was there was no safe in the room. There are safes in reception which were free of charge but it's a bit of a pain having to go up and down to get valuables etc from the safe. We would have given a five star review had it not been for an issue we had with reception and the safe.

When allocated a safe you are given a key but reception also have a key so both have to be inserted to open the safe. When we went down one morning to get some money from the safe, the night staff had taken the keys home and the master key would not work. We had to wait for 2 hours for someone to go to the home of the night staff to retrieve the keys and all we got was a simple, "sorry about that" and it was shrugged off. Not good to have guests wasting 2 hours of their day sitting around when you're told it will be 20 minutes.

We had breakfast at the hotel which was very nice. They cook eggs and omelettes to order. There are also other hot items such as bacon, sausages, biscuits and gravy. There are cold cereals, fruit, yoghurt, juices, tea, coffee, cookies, waffles, toast, bagels, cakes, muffins etc. Breakfast was $10.95 plus tax and set you up for the day.

Car parking is a public car park next to the AT&T Building and cost $10 per day. You pay the hotel and go in and out as you wish but it is a public car park so can get very busy. There is also another closed in car park opposite the front of the hotel which you can use if the other is full.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

We ate in the restaurant one evening and we were the only ones there which is a shame because the food was superb and reasonably priced. We had the manager cook our meals and he was a lovely chap who came and asked if everything was OK with our meal and was keen to know if we had any issues. He said he's only been there a short while so wanted to ensure everything was OK. No complaints from us.

There was free tea and coffee in reception in the mornings and cold water all day. Room was serviced very well every day.

Apart from the issue with the safe, no complaints.

Thank you for your comments regarding your recent stay.

You gave such a great descriptive of our hotel and the amenities that are within walking distance to the property--park your vehicle and you may not have to move it again during your entire stay. So nice to know that the entire staff met your expectations.

Look forward to seeing you on your next visit to Chattanooga!

Room smelled like sewage. Food was terrible and very expensive. It's definitely time for some updates to the loud filthy a/c system. The pros were the very sweet staff, great location for walking, and comfy bed

Stayed here for the Chattanooga Half Ironman. I can’t say enough how convenient this hotel was to the race. Free transportation was also a plus and only a few steps from the hotel was the free shuttle downtown pick up. Breakfast at the hotel was ok and not complimentary like most hotels. Parking was also not free ($10 a day) and the hotel parking lot was very small. Luckily we were able to leave our car in the lot but it filled up fast! We would definitely come back for the race and stay here but would likely stay in a house if we were just visiting on our own. Hotel staff VERY nice and helpful. Rooms also very clean and room had a small fridge, microwave and free K-cups for the Keurig.

Excelente service, loved the amenities. Comfortable parking space, and excellent location based on the event that we went to Chattanooga for which was the Ironman 70.3. The river and the walk around the museum and cafes.

Hotel close to town centre and several restaurants. The free electric Choo Choo bus terminal is close to the hotel and will take you into downtown Chattanooga for a larger selection of restaurants and shops.
Our hotel room was quite large with twin beds , air con , coffee machine and microwave but no safe and free WiFi.
There is a small bar near reception and the restaurant is located there as well. The staff are friendly and welcoming as seems normal in American hotels!
The buffet style breakfast was very good and you can order things like fresh omelettes if you want. We would certainly use this hotel again if visiting Chattanooga which is a great friendly clean town with loads of things to do and see.
