We just stayed here one night on our way home from Disney. The rooms were good size, very clean and everything was so modern! The hotel is right on the river so that is very pretty, but it was a little odd to us that everything else around it was commercial and run down. The TV was in an odd location since you could not see it from everywhere, but we made that work =) The light in the bathroom was very bright and since the door was a frosted look, it was still very bright over the beds where the rest of my family was sleeping at night. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet and inviting and even though there was a couple things we disliked, we would still definately recommend it! The breakfast we good as well!

Enjoyed my stay. Room was a SUITE with separate living room/desk area. Balcony, private, riverfront from the living room, great view of the same from both windows in the bedroom. In the shower I had to run the hot water for about 2 minutes before it became hot- I was about the call the front desk to inquire if something was wrong with the water when it became warm and then eventually hot. The view was lovely during the day, when the sun was setting and at night, but traffic and huge trucks passing over the bridge made quite an obtrusive noise. The train in the distance didn't bother me or keep me awake as I like trains and also travel with a white noise machine. In the am was disappointed to see something consistently floating down the river- looked like pollution and also some trash. Made me sad to see it. Complimentary breakfast was good and in abundance. Flawless check in and check out, friendly staff at the desk. Worth the price tag? I personally don't think so, but it is a lovely hotel/room.

We stayed here for two nights while doing a little vacationing ( civil war sites and rock city). This a beautiful, clean, modern hotel that sits on the river. Nice little bar in the lobby and you can take drinks out on the patio. In the same area is the free breakfast buffet, which was better than just a continental breakfast. They had eggs, meat, waffles, etc. The room had a cute sitting area with a desk that was partially separated with a glass sliding window. Comfy bed and really nice bathroom. We found the people at the desk to be super friendly and helpful...they even led us to the hotel via phone when we originally couldn't locate it. Highly recommend!!!

This property was like finding a hidden treasure! The employees were friendly and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. The accomodations (as well as the entire facility) were spotless and well-kept. EVERYTHING was clean and fresh. The main road was closed towards downtoan due to preparations for the RiverBend Festival, so instead of driving we just walked to most everything we wanted to do downtown; AT&T Field, The Aquarium, and several restaurants, enabling us to take care of some business & family adventures all in one trip. The view of the river out our window was lovely. The breakfast buffet was an additional savings for our family. Nice market and bar available, although we didn't use them. Thank you to everyone at this property, we enjoyed our stay very much and will certainly be back. I would recommend this place to everyone without hesitation!!

Room Tip: Riverfront rooms have a great view!

Green Features: This hotel had informational flyers in our room about environmentall friendly choices. One example would be the towel re-use program. Lots of cost-saving lighting in rooms and water-use efficient fixtures in bathrooms. Energy Star appliances in each room.

Stayed four nights here and found it convenient to the Aquarium and other down town sites.
The river road was closed for a music fest which did complicate things. Our room was clean and well maintained, the Cubical to write on was a nice touch, dividing the room into two separate areas. The front desk was cordial and efficient. The Breakfast buffet was nice and met our requirements.

Room Tip: Try to get one of the rooms with a balcony.

My family and I sought this SHS out as our experiences with this hotel have been great. This one though, topped all of the others with their CUSTOMER SERVICE. We couldn't believe how accommodating the staff (especially Julia) was with every one of our questions and/or needs. The breakfast, rooms, pool, hot tub, etc. were all fantastic!!! The next time we come to Chattanooga we will most definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: River views are much more relaxing.
