We stayed at the hotel last week from Tuesday to Saturday with our 2 kids, 3 and 6 year olds, and this was a perfect choice for us. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and assisted us with all our needs. We loved the location, so close to all the major attractions and the patio area is a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The kids loved watching boats go by the river while mom and dad enjoyed a cocktail at the lounge.

We stayed at this hotel last Thursday and Friday night. It is located close to the major attractions including the Aquarium but is far enough away that there is little noise. It has an indoor pool and hot tub but a beautiful outdoor patio right on the river with a fire pit and corn hole court.

Service was excellent from Carlos at the Front Desk and Eddy in the bar. Carlos in particular MAKES this hotel with his excellent caring attitude and knowledge of things to do in the city. He also recommended excellent spots to dine and was kind enough to provide us some coupons.

There is also bike rental right outside from one of the city's dispensers and ample walking area along the river if you are interested.

Room Tip: Upper floor for the views

Nice view of the river during this stay. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. EXCELLENT customer service. Not right in the middle of downtown, but an easy 2 mile walk to everything. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will stay here again.

We take a river trip each summer up the river from Alabama to Chattanooga. For the past two years we have stayed here. For us, its the perfect location because its within walking distance from the Marine Max where we park our boats. The rooms are large, beds are very comfortable, and can easily accomodate 5 adults if one is willing to sleep on the couch/sofa sleeper. The staff that checks us in has always been fantastic. I wish I knew the guys name, but this year he recognized and remembered us from last year's trip. The hotel staff has always been fantastic. There is a very nice courtyard outside overlooking the river and this year they had added some cornhole boards! The breakfast area is quite large and comfortable. There is an extensive breakfast selection including a waffle maker. It also has an indoor pool, but we've never used it. I really love this hotel! The only thing I do not love about it is that the bathroom ( which is very large and clean and modern) has a pocket door that does not lock, and sometimes doesn't stay closed. Staying with mixed company plus a clear shower, I'm always afraid someone will end up getting a show! But we love the hotel and will be back next year!

We traveled up from North GA to Chattanooga for a few days to take our family to the Aquarium etc.... 2 adults, 4 kids aged 2, 9, 12 and 13. We stayed in a 2 queen suite, so it had 2 queen beds, and a living area with a sofa that pulled out to a double. The closet was huge so that's where the travel crib ended up :-) we found the hotel to be well decorated and modern, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was awful though so our daughter just slept on the regular sofa cushions. The bathroom was clean and modern, great shower! The pool is a bit small but the kids enjoyed a swim and a jacuzzi. There is a nice outside spot with a fire pit for evening gatherings, though I suspect smokers find it a useful spot too.
The complimentary breakfast buffet was a great feature, and as a family on a budget we took great advantage! Scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes were the hot offerings, with plenty of bagels, pastries, muffins, fruit, oatmeal on offer also. There was hot tea and coffee, juices, yogurts, milk, and plenty of spreads and condiments.
The little store on site for snacks and essentials is handy, but ludicrously expensive. $3 for a candy bar!
All in all I really liked this hotel, and it's very convenient for a short walk along the river to the Aquarium and attractions.

A good location on the river, you can watch the tug boats marshal there barges and see a lot of turtles. You are still very close to downtown restaurants & shops, about a 10 minute stroll along the side of the river.
We had a river view suite that also had a balcony, room was well decorated and very clean with a micro wave & fridge.
The staff we came into contact with were very good. Bar had a happy hour, no reception though as we stayed over a weekend. Breakfast was fine, a couple of hot items, bagels, muffins, fruit etc.
Well worth making it your Chattanooga base.

Room Tip: Go for a river view & balcony if possible.
