Although the name implies it is mainly a restaurant (with a bar), it's really more like a bar with a restaurant. Not that the food is bad, it's just that it's pretty typical fare. It might very well have the best possible location for a restaurant in Chattanooga, but I think they know that and don't try as hard as they could. It just doesn't have anything to make it stand out. Okay, alright, average are the words I'd use to describe it. But at night it does become one of the more popular spots to hang out. The crowd tends to be late 20s- 30s, and kinda yuppyish, but it's a nice laid-back place that becomes a nearly open-air bar on nice evenings when they "roll up" the wall that faces the street.
