“Unknown nameless Confederate Soldiers”
Reviewed 27 October 2013

This place is right next to Harley Davidson and right across the street from the waffle house and hotels. You enter in see the american flag and the confederate flag. It's a small little cemetery with all these confederate soldiers with names unknown. It's pointless to me actually. Waste of space. No history.

“Great stop”
Reviewed 23 September 2013

After seeing the national cemetery in Chattanooga, we decided we should see this. It is small and off the main road down a thin one lane trail, but worth seeing. The stone walls and old grave markers really make it a special place to come and think about the average confederate soldier who fought in the war. A sign on the entryway near the road mentions the soldiers here fought at Perryville in 1862, far from the more famous Gettysburg, Shiloh, and Chickamauga. Don't miss the plaque on the archway near the road, both sides tell the story of this sacred place.

“Quiet reflection”

The cemetery is just off the interstate, down this little gravel lane. Only a few stones are marked.

“Step back in time”
Reviewed 28 March 2013

Very nice cemetery, a little out the way, but worth it. More than 100 Confederate soldiers are buried there. I was there when the trees were blooming and it was beautiful.

“Great city views”
Reviewed 5 March 2013

Great place to step back in time, learn about what the soldiers went through and then take in the many views of the city.
