We came here this afternoon for father's day treat, dad 94, mum 90 all enjoyed our food eaten in the conservatory.
This consisted of Welsh Rarebit with bacon, an afternoon tea beautiful home cooked ham and egg/chive sandwiches scones jam, cream and 2 cakes nicely presented and freshly baked and a massive pot of tea. My mum enjoyed orange juice and cream scone and cake. Attentive staff nothing was too much trouble...
Will recommend to family/friends..a hidden gem in a lovely part of Cheshire..very relaxing way to spend an afternoon away from football!
Thankyou.

What a find; their Eggs Benedict is the finest I have here eaten and the rest of the menu looks fab. The staff are lovely and the service friendly. The surroundings are like a comfortable farmhouse kitchen - cosy and clean.

Chatting to the staff (all volunteers) they revealed ALL of the profits from this super cafe go to the Barrowmore charity which supports people with Special Needs.

This is a VERY special place, not just a Cafe - go and enjoy - Magnificent!

I've visited The Bluebell Cafe twice recently, and had excellent food and service on both occasions. The staff are so welcoming and attentive too. A little tricky to find if you're not familiar with the area, a sign on the main road through Barrow would help. Definitely worth a visit.
