If you like delicious gourmet breakfast, a peaceful night's rest, intellectual conversations by the sites of beautifully landscaped scenery, where you can escape from the busy city lights, and the hustle and bustle of stressful everyday life, then this is the place for you. The pain of unbearable stress from work and today's fast pace life will instantly melt away as you sit down for you first course of scrumptious, homemade from scratch breakfast. Our six member family group enjoyed our mornings with Ms. Jackie Rhinehart, while exploring the multitude of recreational activities in the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And we loved our hostess.

Each time we have visited the Chestnut Inn, we have felt like we were coming home. The owner is so welcoming and informative about the home and surrounding area. The Chestnut Inn is so clean; the landscaping is impeccable; the food is delicious and well presented. Our room was spacious and well decorated; you don't want to get out of bed in the morning except to see what wonderful breakfast will be served. The porch is the best place to observe the numerous birds and enjoy wonderful conversation. This is our number one favorite B and B.

Room Tip: We always choose the Change of Seasons room. It is very quiet.

While driving to The Chestnut Inn, we didn't quite know what we were in for or where we were going...in the middle of nowhere. You pass a lot of farming area including a beautiful wheat farm. However, upon arriving, Jackie (the owner) was so warm and kind with a huge smile and sweet demeanor. After checking in then heading to the neighboring town for dinner, we returned to sit on the beautiful screened in porch for some conversation which included intriguing and funny stories about the house and small community. Jackie is a great host and truly is the best example of Southern Hospitality. The breakfasts were 5 star quality and the rooms are comfortable and affordable. I highly recommend The Chestnut Inn Bed and Breakfast to anyone and everyone.

Our stay at the Chestnut Inn was outstanding! The cozy and well decorated rooms offer a most welcome atmosphere as does the host/hostess. The premises is well landscaped and is a very peacful setting. The hostess is a gourmet cook and delights in presenting a beautiful and delectable breakfast to satisfy all. The cleanliness and comfort of the Inn was most appreciated!

Room Tip: Rooms were chosen from the internet listing for the Chestnut Inn & its presentation of photos.

A most graceful B & B. Beautiful rooms. We had a beautiful, elegant breakfast. Very relaxing screened porch. Access to almost all rooms in the antebellum house. Beautiful grounds. Owner/hostess was fun, good conversations, very accommodating, and quaint food and presentation.

Room Tip: All the rooms are very pretty. At least one of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom.
