“Get off the beaten path when driving through Cookville”
Reviewed 22 July 2014

I highly recommend all travelers get off the main restaurant drag and go to Bravo Cafe. The food is homemade and delicious. Every time I drive through Cookville near meal time....this is where I stop for home cooked comfort food. Delicious! With good service too.

“A Diner in Cookeville!”
Reviewed 13 May 2014

We moved to Cookeville in 2007 and we have missed having a homey restaurant where we can be on a "first name" basis with the owners/staff, where the food is consistently good, and a place with "staying power." At last, Bravo Café! Nick and Cathy are great and our favorite waiter, David always gives us terrific service. Love the daily specials but, what I love the most is that I can order breakfast any time I want. We were always used to breakfast after church and now Bravo is where you'll find us on Sunday, usually with friends! Great biscuit & gravy, eggs benedict and omelets! And the only day they close is Tuesday. Try it out; you'll be glad you did!

“The Best Food in Cookeville”
Reviewed 4 March 2014

The Bravo Café & Grill consistently serves excellent food. They are located directly across from Cookeville Regional Hospital in north Cookeville on North Willow. The staff is always cheerful and attentive. The food is high quality, and prepared once you order. The food is high quality. There's a great chef on duty. Prices are very reasonable. The Daily Specials posted on the wall white board are always a good choice. Homemade soup is offered daily. On days when they offer the Salisbury Steak and mashed potatoes, they always sell out before 1:00 pm, so get there early. They do a lot of call in to take out orders, as the food is popular for business meetings.

Breakfast is the best I've ever had in Tennessee! You must try the Eggs Benedict Florentine for a real treat. The breakfast daily special is a deal! The home fries are to die for. The grits are a special treat. Everything on their extensive menu is a taste experience. I have never been disappointed, except on the days they are closed. Therefore, here's their schedule so you won't be disappointed! Open 6 am to 12 pm on Sundays. Open Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday 6 am to 3 pm. Open Friday and Saturday 6 am to 8 pm. Closed Sunday and Tuesday. Talk about a great restaurant!!!!
