We booked into this hotel on our way back from Gatlinburg and it has many things that make it a pleasant place to stay, but like any hotel, it did have a few problems.
The staff is extremely friendly (however it is a little disconcerting to see them out front smoking).
The room was very large and clean! The beds were comfortable and the linens clean. The couch and chair was also very comfortable.
Our room was very quiet, we were on the third floor and away from the interstate.
As to the location, I felt the location was very nice. It was away from the main center of town, close to the interstate, there are a few fast food places close by.
Of course, there are some problems with every hotel. When we arrived, our room was bit on the warm side and the a/c didn't always work properly. Our phone was not working, but was repaired on our second day. There was one burnt out light bulb on the bedside table lamp. The bathtub drain was VERY SLOW. The biggest problem I had was the wi-fi. It was VERY POOR. It wouldn't connect at times and when it did, it cut in and out.
In general, it was a pleasant place to stay.More
