A little pricey but the food was very good. The ingredients used were top notch. The "show" is what you'd expect at any "cook in front of you" steakhouse. It's the food that earned the 4 stars. I had salmon and chicken. The salmon was great. I was full by the time the chicken was placed on my plate and it will be lunch tomorrow. My daughter had the filet mignon and said it was quite good. She also enjoyed her sushi appetizer. My hubby enjoyed his Hana Special which was steak, scallops and lobster. He says the lobster was "Very good" which is high praise from him. The soup, I thought was above average but my daughter did not care for it. The Shrimp were super. Our other daughter was not overwhelmed but she is devoted to another Japanese steakhouse in town. All in all, very good, but it was $150 for the 4 of us, so not cheap. If you're going to go to a Japanese Steakhouse in Johnson City, I would recommend this one. We did not try the other part of the restaurant which is a more traditional sit down area.
