I had a wonderful experience at the Eureka Inn. The room was absolutely beautiful. So are the gardens. The room was impeccably clean. It is fun to shop and browse the streets in Jonesborough. I enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the gardens sipping tea with friends. The breakfasts are gourmet and organic with greek yogurt, banana bread and gourmet coffee.

I had a great getaway at the Eureka Inn! Plush towels, organic shampoo, scrumptious banana bread, and more…the Inn was fantastic. It was so peaceful sitting on the porch drinking hot tea and talking with friends. The room was very clean (a MUST in my book!), and had beautiful historic decor with all the modern amenities I need to be comfortable. The innkeeper was very accommodating and had great recommendations for local food and attractions. (Don’t miss the Cuban restaurant down the street!) I love Jonesborough, and the Eureka Inn was the icing on the cake.

The Eureka Inn is truly an amazing atmosphere. You feel like you are walking down the sidewalk and cobblestone streets of the early 1900's when in Jonesborough. The Eureka has further added to the atmosphere by recreating the vibe with an extensive renovation that left the Inn preserved and decorated true to its nature. I have dreamed of having a vintage wedding, so the Eureka Inn was the perfect spot; right in the middle of downtown, their is ample space available in the courtyard to fit 100+ guests, and the inn provides a unique romantic charm. It was absolutely everything I dreamed of! Also Maria the innkeeper is extremely accommodating and great to work with while planning your event. My wedding was absolutely picture perfect and a day I will always remember thanks to historic Jonesborough and the amazing Eureka Inn.

Home away from home - the Eureka Inn is a very special place in historic Jonesborough TN. Maria, the Innkeeper, is always looking for ways to make everyone's stay just perfect. We visit often, on business and pleasure, and of course Storytelling!
The front porch overlooks Main Street, and rear porches face the courtyard. Rooms are small and elegant. Why stay anyplace else in Upper East Tennessee!

It's wonderful to have so much history and atmosphere in one place to stay. Sitting inside for breakfast or outside on the back deck overlooking the garden area is just so relaxing. Maria is such a great host. My wife and I have been there a few times over the years and each experience makes us look forward to the time we'll be back in town to stay with Maria at her Historic Eureka Inn. She does such a great job making sure everyone's 100% completely satisfied with their experience - anyone who stays will be very pleased. It's worth the visit to see this place and the town is just a delight to visit as well - lots of great shops and places to eat. Alan and Terry Patterson, Knoxville, TN

I travel to Jonesbourough frequently and always stay at The Historic Eureka Inn. The location is perfect, the rooms are spotless and there is a colorful garden off the patio at the rear of the property making this an ideal spot to host a wedding. The innkeeper is always accomodating, never failing to make me feel at home. I would recommend the Historic Eureka Inn for any type of traveler.

We stayed here while attending a wedding in town. The location is fantastic! It is right in the middle of town, which is nice to go out walking around, shopping, whatever and then have a place to go back and relax with out having to get into your car. We stayed in the "Jury Room" which is the largest room at the inn, and would say the room was quite spacious. It had two beds as well as a trundle bed. We had several people use our room to change into their wedding attire after strolling around downtown, which worked out quite well. The room has a sink outside of the bathroom which is a nice feature to allow people to get ready. The decorations of the room made us laugh in that the wallpaper matches the comforters, curtains, and pillows. I loved the history of the inn and our room (hard to believe all 12 jury members used to stay in this one room!). The porch upstairs is fantastic to sit and rock while eating breakfast or just relaxing. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast, but we may have been a little too early and perhaps everything had not been put out yet? I thought it was a bit pricey but in Jonesborough there are not a ton of choices when it comes to accommodations and given its location, I would recommend it.
