It started off with some friends who had a birthday to celebrate, but it turned out to be a waiter who ordered the wrong food, then had to wait 30-minutes to get the correct order. The manager came out and made it right by not charging for the plate that came late.
Although it messed the night up, we made the best of this stimulation and was a little sad that things did not go as plan, but there was an other couple there too who had a problem.
Cheddar's needs to sharpen they skills because mistakes like this equal loss customers.
