Everything about this hotel was great, staff, lobby, cleanliness for the most part. However, we had adjoining rooms, 208 and 210. One smelled really bad, like the carpet needed to be replaced. The hotel was so beautifully kept otherwise, it was surprising. We got in late after driving from Chicago and we didn't want to deal with a room change, and because of our family size, really wanted adjoining. Breakfast was awesome. But the smell was bad in the one room. We would go back, I probably should have just asked them to change our room.

Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Room was quiet. Plenty of pillows and towels. No complaints. Convenient to highway. Will stay here again on our next trip from CT to Nashville.

We have stayed here several times while traveling through the Knoxville area and have always been extremely pleased. The hotel is immaculate, comfortable and the staff goes out of their way to be accomodating. This is by far the best Hampton we have ever visited. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area. Highly recommend!

This Hotel is GREAT! Love the southern hospitality of the front office staff. The lady on the desk (short with red hairand a flower, can't remember her name) who checked us out was wonderful, she was pleasant to talk with and had a very welcoming personality. She was very knowledgable about the pigeon forge/ Gatlinburg area. She made several suggestions for our day out which we found to be wonderful.

You have a great staff, the hotel was beautiful and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in knoxville TN.

I generally always stay at Hampton but I very much like this particular hotel when I am visiting East TN. It is quiet but very well located close to the interstate and easy to get to. The staff here has always been great and as many times as I have stayed at this location I have never had any negative issues at all. Great location!

First, I would like to say the staff at this property was very friendly and helpful. However, the room itself left a lot to be desired. First, I had to unplug the TV and plug it back into the wall to get the remote control to work. Second, the jet-engine heat/AC unit was loud and very drying, and never really did get the room nice and toasty, even when set to 75 degrees. Third, the bed was very uncomfortable and sunk as soon as I sat on the edge of it. Fourth, the room wasn't overly clean. Fifth, the mini-fridge continuously made a knocking sound constantly, which helped to disrupt my sleep. This property did not live up to what I have come to expect as a Gold Hilton Honors member. Again, I do want to stress that the front desk was friendly and helpful (not to fix the above problems which I didn't report).

This hotel is about 10-15 minutes from Johnson Bible. Breakfast was good (I enjoy the waffles and fruit). Breakfast area and tables were clean. Bed was wonderful and room was clean. There was a little noise from the freeway. A few restaurants were within walking distance: Aubrey's and Wendy's to name a couple.

Cookies were available in the evening. Desk help was friendly, and allowed me to store my luggage into the afternoon. Across the hall from us was a room for disabled guests, something I hadn't thought about previously (on the second floor). Room 219 wasn't extra big, but had a large shower. There was a nice looking pool on the first floor. There was an odor in the lobby the first day...smelled like septic... or was it pool? Anyway, it was gone by the next day.

Room Tip: Second floor disabled room, large shower in room 219. Some highway noise on one side of building.
