“Small park in the middle of downtown Knoxville ”
Review of Krutch Park

Krutch Park
Reviewed 21 December 2017 via mobile

I work downtown so I stroll through this park most every day. Many nice photo opportunities with the waterfall and 'interesting' art sculptures. Plenty of benches to relax on. Makes for a nice break of the day...

I discovered this park when I was exploring the area around the Knoxville Hilton, looking for a place for breakfast. It's a wonderful, shady haven with plenty of places to sit and listen to the water, contemplate the sculpture, and watch people going by.

and a red wheel. There is a pond and a small waterfall and benches to sit! I came here after drinking coffee and looking for Enterprise Rent a car on Summer St. The homeless beg for money so I did not stay long

In general, downtown Knoxville is ugly as sin, but this little park is an exception. Lots of trees, beautiful flowers, a meandering stream--just lovely. It's an oasis in a concrete jungle. And if you get hungry after visiting the park, there are lots of restaurants at nearby Market Square.
