We stayed here for a weekend trip as we were attending Bristol Speedway for a Nascar race. It is a nice hotel located at the convention center. We paid the couple of extra dollars for the Executive room which includes a room on the 17th or 18th floor, updated interior and includes access to the concierge lounge. The concierge lounge includes a pretty good buffet breakfast, snacks and drinks. The staff is friendly and eager to please. I had positive interactions with the maid service, front end staff and bellman that helped my wife with our baggage and did not seem to be hovering for his tip, which he did receive. The room was comfortable and the bed was good. Our only concern was the room service breakfast was missing the toast as well as one of the orders of ham. But on the other hand it was inexpensive, good, and the service change was relatively low at today’s rates. I am sure if I would have called they would have brought up the missing items but we were low on time. Market square is a couple of blocks away from the hotel where there are several good restaurants and shops. Also Gay Street is another block away and has more restaurants, a movie theatre and a great general store called Mast which has clothes and anything else you may have forgotten, plus it’s just cool. Overall I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time we visit the area.

Room tip: Executive room worth the couple of extra bucks.

Nice rooms with great views in the center of the city. It's just a short walk to Market Square and the convention center is right across the street.
Theron who works at the front desk is the best!
Walk one block up to Peter's Coffee Shop for a great breakfast.
Hotel lobby is very nicely decorated and makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door.

We spent one night here on a "date weekend". It was nice, very close to everything. We were able to walk to the Tennessee Theater easily (even in heels it was a comfortable walk). The rooms were clean, the valet was personable and the front desk was efficient. I would stay here again.
