We are just back from weekend break which we got through Living Social. It was really good value. The food was beautiful and plenty of it. We enjoyed food so much on the first night that we had our dinner there the second night. Rooms were of a good standard and bed was very comfortable. The train station is just around the corner. Would definitely go back again.

Room Tip: Room 411 very quiet

Stayed here for 50th birthday bash, I have to say all the staff were very very nice with good old irish charm (I like the fact that they have hired nearly all local people), rooms were clean and well equipped, comfy beds, great shower. Party venue was very nice, medium sized room but big enough for the 160 guests. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We just returned today from a 2 nite stay at the Bracken Court. From the moment we checked in to when we left we couldn't have asked for more. Food was second to none, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with plenty of staff so no hanging around waiting for anything. We had a huge family room, we all slept well, beds are very comfortable and cosy and plenty of heat given the time of year. We will definitely return again in the very near future.

Just back from a 2 night stay in the Bracken Court Hotel. Thanks to the Reception staff we were up-graded to the Clonard Suite so no complaints about that . The furniture in the room was a bit dated but the bed was very comfortable and the huge bathroom was fantastic with a free standing bath and a walk in shower.
The free underground car park was very handy ,as was the fact that the train station is just a 10 minute walk away.
We ate both nights in the bar , the food was very good and the service excellent.
Our only complaint would be the breakfast. On our first morning the only fruit available was a bowl of mostly cut up apples and there was no fruit at all on the second morning although the cooked food was fine. All in all a very pleasant experience.

We booked our stay here over february 17th for mine and my boyfriends 2 year anniversary using a livingsocial deal and it was definitely great value for money! We thought it would be nice to get away and looked into this hotel which had brilliant reviews and sounded great.
When we arrived, the woman at reception was so welcoming and friendly it instantly put our stay off to a great start! The room was beautiful and spacious and even though we were overlooking the road outside, we barely heard a single car pass by. The staff had even went the extra mile to put some balloons in our room with a note wishing us a happy anniversary - was a very lovely extra touch and greatly appreciated. The bathroom was large and modern. Everything was very clean and homely. Free wifi throughout the hotel and free parking were definite bonuses!
We went to the bracken grill restaurant for our dinner and this is the only negative point of the whole stay. The food was lovely yes but the waitress we had was quite rude and really didn't look like she wanted to be there at all. It was slightly offputting but we decided to just ignore her and enjoy our meal - which we certainly did!
In the morning, breakfast was lovely as well. We will DEFINITELY return to this hotel as it was a brilliant overall experience! Special mention to the staff on reception as they were all extremely welcoming.

We've had Christmas Staff Party held in the hotel's bar (as requested). Everything was organized well and staff was just heavenly! It was the greatest party to attend and I am happy to recommend this place. Thank you!

Staff.food very friendly nice and lively for all ages..we stayed in room 408 tiles on floor in shower where badly cracked causing thus caused injury to sole off my foot.i would say this hotel would need regraded. Price wise is expensive. TV remote did,nt work heating is on a timer room during the night where quite cold. Pillows were limted. And we requested two extra. We were given two cushions inside a pillow case. Which were very sub standard. Toilets where below standard at the public bar area. Sorry Bracken court hotel.my score would be a 2.5 photo.s enclosed..

Dear spstky,

Thank you for taking the time to review the Hotel. I can only start by offering my sincere apologies after reading about your experience with us, I am shocked and embarrassed, this is most definitely not the level or standard of product that we set out to offer our customers and it is unfortunately very obvious we did not meet our usual standards during your stay with us.

Here in the Bracken Court Hotel, this is not the norm and is of course completely unacceptable, as it would be standard practice to ensure all customers are looked after in the best possible way.

I am a little surprised you found the hotel expensive. We have recently won a Tripadvisor Travellers Award for Value Hotel. We are the only Dublin hotel to win such an award.

I am grateful for your feedback as it is only through your feedback that we are able to improve our services & products which we are constantly trying to do.

Warmest regards,

Rory Keogh
