We found the tour of the mill to be quite fascinating and at the end had a good idea of what mill life was like in the nineteenth century. The price is reasonable at €6.25. Recommend taking the tour with the guide so you get a better understanding of the mill. We were the only 2 in at this time so we got the personal experience.

Had tea and scones in the cafe after the tour. Nice place to stop before heading back to Dublin.

My friends son was playing in a footy match next door so afterwards we went for lunch. The quiche I had was homemade and very tasty. Afterwards we had crepes from the farmers market and a little light entertainment from 4 girls and their violins. All in all a very positive experience.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we followed the signs for Skerries Mills. We weren't sure what to expect but you can always be sure of a warm irish welcome! Very informative, interactive and unhurried tour given by Paddy. Amazing to see the 2 windmills and, various artefacts and of course the diesel engine. Lovely coffee shop and gift shop had so many original pieces. Overall excellent day out in Skerries, will definitely be back and will also spread the word.

This is a really interesting tour. Very hands on. You can take the tour with or without a guide, take the guide it doesn't cost anymore. Slot of the equipment still works...you truly get a bit of the experience that a mill worker must have went through. Enjoyed climbing up into the windmill, fantastic view at the top.

Very nice place to visit to learn about Skerries history and the place where the Skerries farmers market is held. Can't wait to go back.
