Stayed for one night in a Business class room,2 adults and 2 kids.
Had lunch in bar on arrival,good food but pricey.
Room wasn't ready until just after 3pm and once arriving into the room,the dusty stale air hit us immediately.
A tour of the room and to my dismay found hairs in the sink,remnants of faeces in toilet,dust and dirt on floor,old blood stain on pillow case,dirty Nespresso machine and dust on EVERY surface!
Called cleaning staff who were in the hall and showed the lady my unpleasant discoveries,however no apologies were given,no response really,maybe due to a language barrier.
Left room for it to be cleaned again and told reception and they were apologetic,but there was no follow up,to see if we were happy.
Surface dirt and dust was half removed upon our return to the room,but above mirrors etc was still layered with dust.
The king size bed was separated into 2 singles as requested but the sheets couldn't cover the mattress and when the pillows were lifted they were directly on the bare mattress,sheet wasn't covering the mattress,which is unacceptable.
We couldn't fault the floor staff in the hotel but the room was a huge letdown.
Spent the night sneezing,very bad experience.
Told reception upon checkout but it seemed that since we had prepaid no one really cared.
Our complaints were taken seriously.
Please deep clean business class rooms.More
