My family have been coming to this hotel for 30+ years and we are looking forward to returning this year again it has such a great atmosphere everybody so friendly. The staff are so helpful and welcoming. It is truly home from home perfect location with lovely gardens.
The food is excellent the half board option is well worth it with the Table D'HOte menu having 4 courses with 2choices of starter, 2 choices of soup, 5 choices of main course followed by a selection of sweets or cheese. The menu has never been repeated during our stay so always something different to have.
The management are very good at continuously upgrading and improving the decor. They offer in reception free Internet access or free wifi.Every morning a free bus service is available into st helier or just across the road is the local bus stop. There is On site car parking or you can park a short distance down the road at a public car park. We have recommended the hotel to several friends and they also have thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We are always amazed at the number of families we see every year and have made very good friends during our times staying here.

This year will be out 10th visit.
Always great service and staff who cannot do too much to help.
We see the same people year after year which is a testament to the quality and friendliness of the place.
Several people have tried other places but end up coming back.
Great for families as it has an indoor pool that the kids love for when the weather might be less that perfect.
Some of the decor in the rooms is showing it's age but this is being addressed.
Where else in Jersey can you get a 5 course dinned for under £20?

Room Tip: Ask not be near the bar.

My husband and I found the hotel to be of a high standard. On our first trip we booked bed and breakfast but changed to half board when we sampled the food. The standard of cleanliness was first class in the bathrooms and bedrooms, the beds were spotless. Last but not least the staff were always pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We will be back.

I have visited this hotel numerous times over the last 21 years and it is like visiting my extended family. The majority of the staff are Portugese, many of whom have worked there most of their working lives. The restaurant is run extremely efficiently and serves good quality home style cooking with a varied menu each day. The housekeeping team do an excellent job of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. The staff are prepared to go the extra mile to cater for the customers' individual needs. Although the hotel does need some updating in the rooms, the high standard of service and cleanliness far out weigh this slight negative. I will definitely be returning next year.

The Beausite Hotel is situated in the favoured resort of Grouville near to the most
photographed harbour of Gorey and its resplendent Castle.
The en-suite bedrooms are exceptionally well kept and cleanliness is paramount, there is more than ample storage too. The hotel in general is kept extremely clean, the garden area
is a delight with many floral displays, ample sun loungers, tables and chairs and an
immaculate lawned area.
Off the garden is located the heated indoor pool, with pool towels available from reception,
together with a small adjacent gym.
We came back to the hotel because the staff really care, some of which have been there for
some plus 25 years, its their home too, they really love to see people return and welcome
you back.
The food is very good too, breakfast is firstly a buffet for cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cheese and
ham continental choice, croissants, followed by your choice of English waiter served hot breakfast, toast, preserves, butter together with either tea or coffee.
Dinner is 4-course, Starter, soup, choice of x4 main course, your choice from the dessert trolley or cheese and biscuits followed by tea or coffee. All made helpful by their brilliant helpful staff.
We asked if a particular starter we enjoyed on a previous stay could be available to us, and
they provided it for us without hesitation and it was better than we imagined too.
This hotel is homely, hospitable, un-complicated, happy and welcoming, exceptionally clean,
the food is really very good too with generous portions. The staff are happy, they love their
hotel and it shows - what more could you want?
Thanks Beausite - See you again soon.

Orgueil apartment for 2,top floor. Good location, nice & quiet. Equipping needs to be much better to get above average scoring - it wouldn't take much - just a liittle thought about how people use a place! There's no microwave. So with family-sized saucepans, no baking tray or dishes, and no jug for sauces - conventional cooking was the only option and a bit of a challenge. The sofa is really uncomfortable and far too small to seat two people in comfort, and there's no other easy chair - yet there's a table and four chairs for dining - just not logical! Things like no hooks in the bedroom or bathroom for robes, nor in the hallway for coats is annoying. There are no laundry facilities - not even an iron/ironing board - nor an indoor line in the bathroom to hang swimwear to dry. It's these little things that cause hassle!
