“THE BEST HOTEL IN JERSEY!!”
Reviewed 10 July 2009

July 2 - 7 2009

Just returned from our second stay at Le Haule Manor, and once again we were not disappointed, the only down side is having to leave.
We booked the honeymoon suite on the top floor again, it really is a superb room with views to die for. This hotel has very high standards which is why we keep comming back, with the most beautiful furniture in all rooms.
Agnes sets you up for the day with an amazing breakfast, nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel at home.
If you want a holiday to remember in the best location in Jersey then this is the only place to stay.
We will definateley be back, sooner rather than later.

My partner and I have just returned from a three day break to Jersey where we stayed La Haule Manor. I had high expectations after seeing the website and the reviews on Tripadvisor, and I was not disappointed!

We stayed in one of the new superior rooms with a balcony and it was amazing! Bedroom, lounge area, balcony and a massive bathroon with chandelier and free-standing bathtub, all beautifully presented. There were a few minor things that I would have changed - for example, the towel rail was way on the other side of the room from the shower and there was not enough place to put my toiletry bag near the basin. We would also have appreciated having a small safe in the room to lock up valuables and an ironing board and iron - though we did manage to get one after asking. Also, we found the room itself very hot at night and had to use the fan provided - but then, it was a very warm weekend.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - even if you don't have a car; walking distance from the delightful St Aubin village and an easy bus ride (bus stop a few metres from the hotel) into St Helier and a variety of tourist attractions. We also had a really lovely - and not too strenuous - walk from St Aubin over the hill to the lavender farm and down into St Brelade Bay.

We had great food at La Barca restaurant and at the Salty Dog in St Aubin and a lovely lunch at the Oyster Box in St Brelaude. St Helier didn't hold much appeal and we only went in once to have a look.

We noticed that certain areas of the bay were a bit stinky due, we think, to seaweed. La Haule is great in that it is literally on the beach, but away from the more odorous stretches!

We were collected from the airport by Simon - who was helpful throughout the weekend - and given a very good welcome to the hotel.

All in all, it was an excellent stay in a wonderful place with very friendly staff and I would highly recommend it!

I just loved it from the friendly atmosphere on arrival with tea and bikkies to the fabulous room and excellent ambiance. The pool was perfick!! Everything about our stay in Jersey was so good we are going back next year - or before if we can get away from work! Don't too many of you book I want the same room again next year!!!!!

We stayed here for 5 nights in one of the new luxury suites in the recent extension to the hotel. The room was wonderfully decorated and furnished with a large bedroom with balcony overlooking St Aubins bay. There was another set of french doors leading out from the sitting room on to the balcony with more views available in the other direction. The luxury bathroom was huge, with victorian roll top bath and separate very powerful power shower!
The rest of the hotel was lovely with a new breakfast room / bar on the lower floor. The breakfast choice was excellent, buffet style drinks, cereals fruit etc. Lovely cooked breakfast to order. All the staff were very polite and friendly and a big asset to the owners. The pool and garden areas were also lovely, with great views of the bay to St Helier. During the afternoons, there would be a couple of guys who would come and take drinks orders for those sat around the pool. The whole atmposphere of the hotel was very relaxed and I would thoroughly reccommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing stay in St Aubin.
The hotel is B&B only, but you only have a two minute walk along the sea front to St Aubins village, where there is no shortage of good places to eat, and a few shops/bank etc if you need any shopping.

Stayed for four nights after travelling round France. Stayed before and it was great but now even better - refurbished rooms that were already fantastic. Great service, wonderful grounds and excellent breakfast,. Can't fault anything - will be back.

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it so much we returned. The hotel has now got a new swimming pool and hot tub and this completes the facilities the hotel offers. The room was excellent, clean, large and comfortable bed, hot drinks tray, fantastic sea views and lovely toiletries.
We will definately be staying again. The staff are friendly and the breakfast cooked to order.
I would reccomend The Boathouse for a meal and a drink on the decking on a summer evening.
We love Jersey and the luxury this hotel offers.

We stayed from friday to monday in this beautiful hotel, with stunning views and very polite & courteous staff. The room was immaculate, very plush and well kept. Rooms cleaned to a high standard every day and the breakfast was good with lots of choices from cereal to a cooked breakfast or salmon & kippers.
The hotel is in an idyllic location with a beautiful swimming pool and gardens attached.
