We had a 3 night stay at the Atlantic at the end of November and had the pleasure of eating in the Ocean Restaurant every night. We were a group of 4 and ate from the Market and a la Carte menus and cannot rate the food highly enough. Our evenings started in the bar and loved the great choice of cocktails and gins, imaginatively paired with varying tonics. For those not drinking alcohol (not us on this occasion!), I noticed a good choice of non alcoholic cocktails. Once our meals began we relished every amuse bouche and found every course a journey of discovery in taste sensations. In chatting to one of the staff we found out he had previously worked at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, a restaurant I have been very fortunate to eat in a few times and here at the Ocean Restaurant, the new chef Will Holland has, in my opinion created the same exceptionally high standards in food and service.
