“Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting”

We stayed at The Atlantic as part of their Michelin experience, dining in their own Ocean retaurant, Tasilli and Bohemia.

The staff are excellent, friendly, helpful and extrememly professional. The restaurant and terrace area are very welcoming and the views from the terrace are unbelievable (especially when the sun is going down)

We stayed in a garden view room that had the same wonderful views of the ocean but had the advantage of a small terrace to sit out on and a ten second walk to the pool without having to walk through the hotel.

This was our first trip to Jersey and we will certainly return and couldn't imagine staying anywhere other than the Atlantic.

Room Tip: We stayed in a garden view room that had the same wonderful views of the ocean but had the advantage...

Very nice hotel with good food however the rooms don't have ac so I was uncomfortable on a warm night. Leaving the windows open did not help. Probably not an issue for most of the year and some people may prefer it this way, however, if you like to sleep in a cool room think about avoiding this place in the summer.

My wife and I wanted to take our 19 month old daughter on holiday and frankly we couldn't have picked anywhere better. Having visited the hotel previously and enjoyed a superb weekend break as a couple we decided we would book a week as a new family. From the initial contact when booking the holiday to the moment we checked out, we could not have asked for more attentive and friendly service and the special attention paid to our daughter was exceptional. The hotel offers a very intimate but friendly atmosphere in a stunning location. Our room, one of the garden studios was perfectly sized for the three of us with the option of a 'chairbed' or cot for our daughter. We made use of both the indoor pool and outdoor children's paddling pool and the garden areas for a walk to tire out little legs! The highlight of our holiday was the Ocean Restaurant, which as others have commented is very well worth its Michelin star. The whole team in Ocean lead by Martinho de Sousa created a wonderfully understated yet sincere and friendly atmosphere, serving some exceptional food and wine; most importantly for us they made a real fuss of our daughter and made us feel completely at ease, catering for our every need before we thought of it, never mind asked for it.

All in all having experienced the Atlantic's hospitality as a couple and a family, we would have no hesitation in returning to enjoy more and recommending this experience to others - hard to beat!

Room Tip: We chose a garden studio with direct access to the lawn and outdoor pool

Our first impressions of the Atlantic hotel were we had found a beautiful secluded luxury hotel and we weren't to be disappointed ... The hotel has a beautiful relaxed atmosphere and presented to a very high standard.
The staff are from all around the world speaking excellent English and very interesting to talk to, we ate in the restaurant every night and the food was only exceeded by the professionalism and enthusiasm of the staff ..
A/C in the rooms would of been an advantage..
Jersey is a beautiful island and we had glorious weather during our stay , and we will be returning in the future to stay at the Atlantic .

Room Tip: We stayed in the golf view room 117 and looked on to a small court yard with water feature and golf...

We have just stayed for a weeks holiday in the Atlantic and found it to the best hotel, restaurant we have stayed in. It was very friendly and nothing was to small for them on any request. We was lucky to have had a very good week for weather but found that the rooms became to warm at certain times of the day. We will be returning to stay at the Atlantic again.

Stayed for 1 night on a business trip and after a delayed flight I was pleased they kept the restaurant open for my colleague and I.

The restaurant was truly outstanding, 5/5 for this and very deserving of it's michelin star. Service second to none and food was excellent.

The hotel is set on the edge of a cliff with a stunning outside terrace, lovely small pool and jacuzzi and tennis court. Set next to a golf course the immediate amenities at this hotel are fantastic. The weather was stunning and quite honestly I would have been delighted to be staying here on a holiday.

The only downside with the hotel rooms is the lack of air conditioning so it was warm in the rooms, although you can sleep with the doors open or use the fan provided in the room. Bathrooms are stocked with mini Molten Brown soaps and shampoos which is always a positive sign that the hotel understands quality. The rooms themselves were comfortable, perhaps a touch dated but the ambience of the hotel easily outweighed any criticisms here.

Very pleasant stay and would highly recommend.

Room Tip: Upgrade to sea facing room if you can!

This was our annual stay at the Atlantic. We love it because it is quiet, has wonderful views and excellent staff. We were pleased to see that at last the cumbersome old TV unit has gone and been replaced by a flat screen and a smaller unit which houses the quietest small fridge ever, which is great for keeping your water cold. Now all they need to do is update the awful plastic sunloungers and cushions which both have seen better days. The restaurant manager Martinho can't do enough for you and is keen to make your stay memorable. Can't wait for next year!

Room Tip: Sea view rooms are great if you can afford it
