This was our second Atlantic Christmas Break and our fourth stay at this hotel and we were not disappointed. Noting the changes in staff and executive Chef along with some of the comments from visitors we were interested to see how we found things. Thankfully everything lived up to our expectations and we had the same amazing experience as we have become to love and expect.

The venue and location speak for themselves.

There are many nice personal touches like a Christmas card signed by staff, a Christmas gift left in your room, rose in bathroom, bottled water and fridge in room, molton brown toiletries, complementary newspaper, and regular room service so room always looks its best. It was my birthday during the stay and the surprise (they remembered from last year) rendition of "Happy Birthday" was an added bonus.

Congratulations to the new team for maintaining such high standards. We were particularly impressed to see the executive chef making sure everything was in order during the Christmas day buffet dinner. Whilst all the staff are worthy of praise we must make special mention of Marta, for her friendly, cheerful, faultless service and attention to details. A complete star who made our stay all the more enjoyable.

If we had to suggest ongoing areas for improvement we would observe two things: 1) some of the soft furnishings were looking a little worse for wear, but possibly due to end of season wear-and -tear and will be replaced/ repaired ready for next season, 2) when restaurant was full the service was not quite as seemless and efficient as during quieter sittings. One evening we were left waiting for an hour past our scheduled dining time (not the staff’s fault), but were offered a complimentary cocktail and the delay was explained.

In summary, a perfect contemporary small hotel in an amazing location with fantastic food deserving of its Michelin star, polished with efficient and friendly staff. A little oasis. We will be back and recommending to all our friends and family.

Stayed here in December on a three nights for two deal with hire car and meals on two nights included. Nice welcome from the staff who are warm and friendly. The hotel clearly takes care in its staff selection. In many ways it is the little things that make the difference like the rose in the bathroom , freshly made orange juice at breakfast and complimentary newspaper. The food is splendid and we were allowed to eat from the a la carte menu at no extra cost, being part of the deal. Oh I forgot to mention that we were upgraded to a sea view room which all adds to the satisfaction as it is lovely to look out over St Ouens. We usually stay at the Royal Yacht, but if the hotel offers this deal again will return to the Atlantic as there are no parking issues and the dinner offer is great value.

From the moment we arrived at this 'gem' of a hotel we knew our weekend would be special. Everything about the 'Atlantic' is perfect! The staff - all so friendly, happy and obliging. The room so nice, a very comfortable bed (turn down service each night) and a lovely sea view - excellent! The spa - fantastic, wish we could have used it more! The wonderful breakfast and staff who served it - a perfect start to the day! If it's that 'special treatment' you are looking for then this is the place to go. Thank you to everyone at the Atlantic, we will definitely be returning!!

Seven of us stayed at the Atlantic for an anniversary holiday for seven nights.
The stay was superb and the hotel was one of the best that I have ever stayed in.
The food including the breakfasts was fantastic. Two of us tried the Michelin Star restaurant which lived up to our expectations.
The bill for the seven of us, 4 adults and 3 grandchildren including breakfast and a few meals was £10,000. Pricey but worth every penny.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a sea view.

We have just enjoyed our first stay at this fabulous hotel and will definitely be back. We loved it’s location with beautiful views and proximity of the glorious St Ouen’s Bay. Staff were welcoming and rooms comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the Ocean Restaurant for dinner, exceptional. This was a great base to get out and explore and enjoy fabulous beach scenery and walks and we look forward to a return visit.Thank you to your excellent staff.
