We stayed in number 7 Farmstead for 8 days from June 28th to July 5th , my mum, my sister my niece and myself. The apartment had everything you could need, washer/dryer, iron, fridge, dish washer, hair dryer etc, also on arrival we received a great welcome pack, with a bottle of wine, a delicious loaf of bread, butter, jam milk, bottled water, orange juice, sugar, coffee & tea etc, which was a great help & lovely surprise. The apartment was of a very high standard, extremely clean and comfy with lots of lovely fluffy towels and clean bedding, there is also 2 TV's 1 in the lounge the other in the bedroom, the bathroom was spacious with a bath and shower, the bedroom had 2 single beds, and the lounge had a sofa bed which was comfy. If you like sports like tennis, golf etc, this place has it all, also an indoor & outdoor pool. We didn't eat in the site restaurant, but I did hear the food was very good. It is 10 mins from the Airport, but is quite far out although there is a bus every 15 mins into town, there is no foot paths and you would have to be very careful especially with children, we found the best way was to hire a car, the cost for this was £180 which included a half tank of diesel, and you didn't have to fill it before you left. All in I would say it is a lovely peaceful place to stay, and would not hesitate to recommend it. But I would defiantly recommend hiring a car. Jersey is also quite expensive for food and other items, so be prepared to pay a bit more for shopping or eating out. We also had really lovely weather throughout our stay.
