Recommended length of visit: 1-2 hours
Owner description: In 2017 we are open from 25th April to 1st October, 10am to 5pm, Tuesdays to Sundays - we are closed on Mondays for maintenance. From early June to mid August we have our harvesting season when we look the best with the lavender in bloom, and we gather the harvest in. During this time we STRONGLY encourage you to attend one of the talks in the distillery at either 11:30am or 3:00pm. They are fun, informative and well worth it. Outside the harvesting season, the distillery isn't working but there is a 5 min video presentation that explains the processes on the farm through the year, and plenty to read and our different lavender oils to smell (and the entrance charge is lower). There is a "Discovery Trail" for kids and adults alike, chickens to feed and we also have our Sprigs Cafe and Shop. Plenty of homemade food in the first and a good range of gifts and, of course, the lavender products made on the farm.

Really lovely place in a nice quiet location. We had a cup of tea and a scone, bought some lavenders goodies and had a peak at the chickens and doves.

“Lot more to Lavender than you think!”
Reviewed 28 June 2014

Although this doesn't look much on arrival we enjoyed our visit mainly due to the very interesting talk and demonstration given by the owner on use of Lavender to produce various products. He was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and enthusiastic during the hour of talk and demonstration. You can walk through fields of lavender, buy plants and various Lavender gifts and there is cafe. Worth a visit

“Disappointed”
Reviewed 27 June 2014

Years ago i went to the lavender place in norfolk which was really lovely so told my friend that we go to this one to see what its like. The lavender would have been a lot better had it had all the weed rubbish cleared after all you are either shown a video or expected to go to a talk about it and it shows you how its lovely and clear of weeds..Mind on a sunny day and piece you want a short walk round the area is fine though a bit expensive to get in.

“Blooming marvellous”
Reviewed 25 June 2014

The first sight from the small carpark doesn't do this place justice. Entry is through a sweet hut that holds a gift shop and tearoom. The gift shop is lovely, the tearoom provides very tasty food (try the lavender scones!) and the farm is just beautiful. For 30p, one can feed the roaming chickens with a cupful of feed and, trust me, it's the funniest thing to see hens running to get seed from you. The talk on the history of the farm, the production of the lavender and its uses was both interesting and amusing but quiet - a microphone wouldn't go amiss. Some German visitors drifted away as the talk was in English only and there was no information I could see in other languages. There is a very small entrance fee and all said, we had a lovely afternoon. I would recommend this Jersey gem.

“Well worth a visit”

The owner of the farm is very enthusiastic about his lavender. He keeps you interested in all aspects of the farm from the planting through to the final product. The shop was full of unusual gifts.
