This hotel ticks all the boxes: beautiful location, comfortable and spotless rooms, friendly and efficient staff, good food in the restaurant and excellent value for money, lovely big indoor swimming pool, beautiful garden with good size outdoor swimming pool. As an extra bonus at least two very nice restaurants almost on the doorstep so plenty of variety for evening meals if you, like us, don't want to eat in the same place every evening.
We had a seaview room with balcony on the third floor - lovely to sit out.
We will be more than happy to return.

Room Tip: Seaview rooms with balcony recommended.

Excellent hotel. Didn't have a sea view room, but did have a another room with a single bed and television within our accommodation. Excellent gym and swimming pool. Such a short walk to the beach. Only ate breakfast at the hotel, which was fine. Not loads but sufficient nice eating places nearby which we wanted to experience. Good bus service into St Helier. Thoroughly relaxing break. Low key entertainment, which suited us.

It's one of the better hotels on the island of Jersey with scenic views over what I would call the best beach on the island. The addition of the really superb gym, sauna and indoor swimming pool, just adds to the enjoyment.

Room Tip: The sea view rooms are superb, my favourite is 81.

This hotel is a GEM!!!
And Anca is a GEM! as are all the staff we had contact with.
Nothing was too much trouble; they sorted trips, tickets, packed lunches, parking, info, phone numbers ... and so much more.;
our Room, (7) was great for two adults, and our teenage son; plenty of space.
I have total SHOWER ENVY as the power of this shower was fab!
Views incredible;
local faciliities incredible;
In our opinion this is the best beach, and best views and best hotel in Jersey!
Want to go back NOW!!!

Room Tip: Room 7 GOOD with awesome sea views!!!! But I am sure all seaview rooms are good! Only slight downsi...

We spent a week here on the recommendation of a Condor travel agent.Couldn't get a sea view room,but we were allocated a garden view room instead.....a lot cheaper and also a lot quieter.We had a lovely view over the immaculately kept grounds...almost hand-manicured......not a leaf out of place!The outdoor heated pool was spotless and just the right temperature and the children's pool was also lovely and warm(I was told!)Plenty of loungers,pool towels,and apart from one or two people,the loungers weren't reserved by breakfast-time.There is also a large pool bar serving drinks and lunches and we saw it used as a venue for drinks after a wedding...before the evening 'do' in the hotel.
Our room was very clean with a big bed(two 3ft beds zipped together),plenty of room,two comfortable chairs,a table,loads of hanging space and a good bathroom with L'Occitaine toiletries.We also had a bowl of fruit and they did a turn-down service in the evening where used towels were replaced.There were also tea and coffee making facilities...no decaff ,but I'm sure they would have provided it had I asked.
We were on a bed and breakfast tariff....breakfasts were lovely with good coffee and any sort of tea you required,fresh fruit,cereals freshly-squeezed orange,cheeses,hams, and a full cooked breakfast(self service)Other items were available such as kippers ,poached haddock etc....you only had to ask.
All the staff without exception were friendly and very helpful....nothing was too much trouble. As the hotel is just across the road from a lovely beach,we wouldn't hesitate in recommending a stay here for people of any age.....children are very well catered for and welcomed as are the much older members of our community(it is a flat walk along the promenade)The hotel also has its own large car park
If we are ever in Jersey again we would certainly head for this hotel.
Just forgot to say that there is a huge spa and fitness centre at the rear of the hotel to which the guests have free access....big indoor pool and a massive gym.

Room Tip: We were very happy with our garden view room.

Two of us stayed overnight for my Birthday along with four other friends.

A few days before we were due to arrive, the hotel phoned to help to arrange a table for 6 for dinner, which was a nice touch.

The hotel had quite a grand feel to it, with lots of character.

Check in/out was very efficient & friendly.

Bedroom :
It has a big comfortable bed, nice bathroom & good shower. It had two chairs in the room and fantastic sea view. The balcony had two wooden chair & seat covers (nice touch) & a table.
The room also has a safe. The walls were a bit thin and there was some noise from the guests next door, but nothing that caused disturbance. The location was very close to the beautiful St Brelades beach.

Spa:
This has a great size pool, with dedicated lane swimming. There were loungers, a jacuzzi & steam room. There is a large very well equipped gym ( we did not use ). The bedroom had complementary robes to go to the pool.

As its was winter time we did not venture out much but there were gardens & tennis court

Bar & Restaurant
This was very nice with a great sea view. The food was very nice & staff very polite & helpful
The breakfast buffet style, with a good choice of warm & cold food, plus fruit

Throughout our stay the staff were very helpful. This is best hotel I have stayed at in Jersey.
