We were staying in Roseville street, and this bistro was across the road. It was an absolute diamond of a find. We ate there three nights, the food was fabulous, and the menu excellent. I would recommend making a reservation as the other eateries we tried did not compare favourable. Staff helpful and knowledgeable about the food, however the food was the star of the show.

The place itself looks deceiving but anyone visiting Jersey, this is definitely worth a visit.

Came over for the day from Southampton, had been here a few years before and wondered if it was still as good! Need not have worried - it was! Arrived at 5.30pm Saturday as we had to be at the airport for 8pm flight, they even booked us a taxi! Two menus to choose from - either the fixed menu for 3 courses at around £16/head or the a la carte. We chose the a la carte as the prices are extremely reasonable compared to mainland UK! We had scallops to start - yummy, then as it was my other half's birthday we ordered the seafood platter with steak to share and it was just fab! More than enough for two, the service was faultless and great value. Not one of your trendy eateries, I grant you, but no trendy crazy prices either! Lovely, cosy and intimate with friendly, attentive staff who were not intrusive.. No hesitations in recommending!

Very disappointing options for vegetarians on the menu. Only one option on the three course offer menu (of which I did not like) and when asked if I could have any alternative it was declined or at an extra cost of £3 because it was from another menu (the alternative being a basic spaghetti dish!). Why are vegetarians given only one choice and meat eaters an entire menu!?
Young waitresses were lovely, friendly and polite but customer service from management/ chef to accommodate a vegetarian was exceptionally poor in comparison to all my other experiences in Jersey.

I visited this restaurant with my family. We got a table without reservation because we were there very early in the evening. Very delicious food, I really recommend the fish soup. Friendly and good service.

We ate here on Friday, our last night before returning home, and wished we had found this at the beginning of our holiday..
The menu was extensive and made choosing really difficult!!
The seafood was delicious and main courses were huge..
Staff were very friendly.
They also offer a cheaper set menu 17:30-19:00
