The hotel was really very good. Rooms were good size and the staff were all very nice, friendly and helpful. Excellent full English breakfast. The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the sea front and was handy for the shopping streets. All in all Avery good place to stay.

The Savoy is located on the ring road opposite the police station however it's only a 5 minute walk to the beach or town centre.

The hotel was recently refurbished and they've done a really good job of the public rooms. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
The bar and lounge are both very comfortable with a mix of modern and traditional decor which is very attractive.

We had a room at the back which was average. The room itself was compact and decorated in neutral tones. The bed could have been a bit bigger although it was comfy. A nice bathroom with sufficient toiletries for two people. Having seen the public rooms I expected the bedrooms to be a bit more glamorous but they were clean and functional.

There is a small outside pool and hot tub and a small sun terrace with chairs and sun loungers.

Montana restaurant was good with a decent menu and plenty of choices. I'm on a restricted diet but I was able to eat from the menu without asking for anything special. My only criticism of the restaurant was that it was very quiet with just a few other diners and we tended to whisper to one another.

Breakfast buffet was good and a decent English breakfast was also on offer.

The one annoying thing was the noise that room doors made when being closed. There were an awful lot of loud bangs with the last at 3am! Bring ear plugs!

Stayed at the end of November '12 for 4 nights. A clean and tidy hotel with pleasant staff (who can be a little elusive at times). We had a room at the back of the hotel which was quiet and a nice bathroom with a shower over the bath which worked without problem.
Plenty of choice for breakfast, but watch for supplements for some hot dishes. Dinner was ok for value, the fixed menu didn't change during our visit and after the 2nd visit we'd run out of choices.
I would consider going back again but I might look a hotel nearer the harbour and the centre of town.

Well located near centre of town, very swish public areas with great Bar. Rooms clean and comfortable but a little bland in decor, but hey very competitive deal online and super friendly service.
Definately to be recommended.

Stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of November. The rooms were pretty basic and the shower was poor. The water pressure is really slow so it was not pleasurable to have a shower as I have long hair and it took for ever to wash with the slow water pressure. The rooms were clean and had tea/coffee making facility and a flat screen tv. The walls were thin so I could hear people stomping about and the next door person snoring. Breakfast was included in the room rate and we had plenty to choose from the buffet and a la cart odering for the hot choices. In summary it was ok for the price but I would not recommend it mainly for the poor shower and we had a poor room downstairs facing a wall and the thin walls.

Great location. Lovely room. Didnt realise we could have swapped pillows as didnt read hotel info until next day. No lock on the bathroom and the water pressure was terrible are the only complaints we had. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was lovely.

The Savoy is clean and comfortable, and with the car hire package offers superb value for money. We stayed in a family room which had 2 adjoining bedrooms with shared bathroom, excellent as travelling with teenagers. Parking is free, and the hotel is an easy pleasant walk to St Helier`s shops and attractions.
Didn't use the restaurant as it was very expensive compared to other paces (particularly as we visited during Tennerfest). Staff seemed to be thin on the ground, but helpful when we tracked them down for some extra pillows.
Rooms are clean and comfortable but not luxurious. The bathroom has a small bath with shower, which suffered from poor water pressure and occasional hot water shortage at busy times.
The walls are very thin, so if a lot of noise from the neighbours bothers you, book somewhere else. We had a very rowdy group on our first night.

Room Tip: There are stars in wierd places, so if mobility is a problem stress this at the time of booking.
