Stayed for two nights on a short break trip. The staff were excellent, and nothing was too much trouble, high praise must go to Wayne the Porter, he was everywhere, a man of many roles.Breakfast was superb, set us up for the day, as we did a lot of walking. You have to remember this is quite an old hotel, so there are going to be a few quirks. I felt there were a few little easy fix maintenance tasks that needed to be addressed, we had a bath which was a Jacuzzi type, unfortunately it was all dismantled, that is ok, but if it cannot be used, best replace it with a standard bath/shower, there was also no extraction so the steam took a while to clear, the basin hot tap made quite a lot of noise, you had to turn it to full blast to make it run quiet. Not sure if this is normal in Jersey, but the TV Signal kept dropping out.I have made mention of these small problems, so I hope they can can put this right, overall though a nice place to stay, and recommended.
