We held an event in the Lempriere room at Banjo for a group. The planning, pre-orders and flexibility on the arrangements were excellent. The service for the event was seamless and the 3-courses were all delicious. This is a perfect, central location of hold an event and I will definitely use their services again.

Previously when I reviewed this restaurant, I commented that the service was a let down and the food reasonable. I think it's fair to say that those comments were made a while after it had opened and now I am pleased to say I stand corrected. The restaurant have recognised the early service issues and after several lunches and dinners later at this restaurant I really feel that they have upped their game. The food is really very good, and the service improved. they can still up the latter I'm sure that has has been down to one or two more junior staff who need to develop and perhaps this is something the management will have their eye on.

The Frito Misto, when its available is always good and their fish dishes excellent and fresh (it is opposite the fish market!). The building is quite iconic in Jersey being an old gentleman's club that could not keep going with rising costs but now it is being put to great use as a restaurant and rooms are available although I can't say I've seen them. Probably an interesting place to stay at, especially being smack in the middle of town.

Banjo has a lovely cocktail bar at the back - worth a visit!

We had a wonderful evening starting in the lively cocktail bar. The restaurant itself is in great surroundings and had a great atmosphere on the night. Would recommend to friends and you!
