Spent three night here paid for a sea view room which was very dark could never get enough light even with all the individual lights really needs a ceiling light as windows quite small. Room was big enough bathroom was lovely so was all the extras slippers , dressing gowns and sewing kits etc We stayed when they had the storm all the roof tiles banged most of the night and we ended up with a leak in the ceiling when we told reception we were told they could do nothing as maintenance would not be in tell next day as we were leaving the next day the lady said they would look when we had checked out not in my opinion a 5 star service . Another annoying thing was the buzzing noise outside our room we were told it was probably the air condition but no one came to have a look . Breakfast was plentiful and good service with constant coffee refills do find it a bit strange in a five star hotel that you have to cook your own toast !!!
By the end of the stay the three nights of constant whistling of wind was very hard to bear and we had had enough. St Helier was a bit of a shock no where open on a Sunday in the town very run down with loads of empty places also pubs not very friendly . Found a couple of good restaurants which I will review separately .

stayed here for 4 nights, overall it was a good stay. spa was good, breakfast filling, location perfect for evening restaurants and getting buses around the island.

one word of warning, room 242 where we stayed has some unpleasant mould on the windows - we only slept in it and kept the blind down as the view of the bin area wasn't great, so it didn't bother us too much but it may be worth the hotel either sorting this out or visitors specifically asking not to have this room. I dare say there are minus points on other rooms, for example there were rooms directly outside the noisy lift, i'd prefer a small amount of mould rather than listen to people at the lift entrance all night.

would stay here again for sure, it would depend on the deal as there appears to be many nice hotels in the area

Great hotel ideally located for St Hellier. Don't be afraid to take the bus from the airport - and the driver will tell you when to get off. Rooms are comfortable and for anyone interested - toiletries all provided as is wifi, gowns and hair straighteners in the spa ;-)
Breakfast is a well stocked buffet, room service is reasonable and there is an excellent Michelin restaurant.
Staff are incredibly friendly - and helpful.
Spa is small but more than adequate, there's also a gym and a small-ish pool.
Didn't have a view - but the room and hotel were excellent value for money. Wouldn't have any hesitation recommending it - and you can always pay for a room upgrade if you're going to spend a lot of time in there!
