Have just returned from short enjoyable stay at the Norfolk Lodge Hotel.
The management and team gave a personal touch all parties.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Breakfast and evening meal was plentiful, something for all. They also offer a packed lunch at £5.50, which was excellent value for money and again offered something for everyone.
There were ample free car parking spaces available with a permit from the hotel; however, we did travel out of season.

The only negative comment is the entertainment, which was aimed at the more mature guest.
Overall, this is a great hotel in a good location. Would defiantly stay there again.

Room Tip: The hotel is made up of a number of levels therefore there were a few steps in and out of the public...

We have just come back from a short break at the Norfolk Lodge and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All the staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling, looking as if they enjoyed working there and very well presented. The hotel was spotlessly clean with good facilities, especially the pool which we had to ourselves one afternoon. Food was excellent, both the generous buffet breakfasts and the "bar" menu. One small issue with an order was dealt with immediately by the manager who works tirelessly to ensure that everything runs like clockwork. The Norfolk Lodge is far superior to other similarly priced places that I've stayed in In Jersey in the past. We'll definitely go back again!

Have just returned from a very enjoyable stay at the Norfolk Lodge Hotel. We had a very comfortable room. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff just can't do enough for you. Booked the hotel as part of an inclusive deal with Easyjet with a hire car too. The free car park at the hotel was also a bonus as it saved us having to mess about with finding a parking space and using a scratch card to pay for parking.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful family break, a 15 minute stroll into the centre of town. Having booked a double room with extra bed it was lovely to find we had a very clean room with a double and single rather than a 'put up bed'. The beds were comfortable, there was complimentary shampoo and bodywash, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. We used the pool the one morning when the weather was a bit overcast we were the only people in there and had a great time, with towels available at reception and bags to put wet swim wear in after use, was a nice touch. We ate twice in the hotel in the evenings from the bar menu, the food was well presented and good value, breakfast was a plentiful buffet with fruit, yogurts, variety of cereals, meats, cheese, croisants, toast, a variety of juices and full English, other items were also available from the breakfast menu. The hotel also offers pack lunches to take out. The drinks in the bar are well priced. I would have given 5 stars the only things I would change is my preference being quilts to blankets and sheets, the shower not having quite enough power, here and there a lick of paint i.e above the bath in room 91, (starting to flake) but this does not take anything away from the 5 star service. Thank you to all the Management and staff.

Our first trip to Jersey. Hotel was of good quality, comfortable room and very good food. There is about a 15 minute stroll into the town centre which suited us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next year!

Enjoyed every minute of my stay in the hotel, I visit Jersey a lot but usually stay with friends, I'm so glad I booked at the Norfolk Lodge. The service was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food from the evening dinner menu, bar lunch and breakfast was perfect. Invited my friend and her family for lunch and they were made to feel just as comfortable as I was for my whole stay. Highly recommend to anyone and will be back again next time i'm visiting.

We stayed here with a large group of teenagers and dads and the service was impeccable. Polite, efficient and good old fashioned quality service where they think of how to improve the customer experience before the problems arise. Clean and tidy, excellent food for the price and a fabulous buffet breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble, and for the cost, would have to highly recommend for those on a budget.

We are so pleased that your group found our hotel to be suitable to your needs. It is important that all our guests feel comfortable and your comments are very much appreciated.

Our head chef and kitchen team have been with the Norfolk Lodge for some years and we now offer an 'all day menu' to provide fantastic choice throughout the day. It’s always great to hear that the catering was greatly appreciated.

We are a long established family business and at all our Morvan Hotels, we use fresh vegetables sourced from local farmers and many quality fairtrade goods – We are pleased to do this and this is appreciated by today’s travellers who care about such things.

Thank you for your custom and feedback.
