Hotel & facilities wonderful, excellent value.
A tour round hotel & complimentary glass of bubbly welcomes you. Shown to room at back of hotel overlooking pool. Room spacious and well appointed. Continental breakfast plentiful with option of cooked breakfast as extra but didn't need it. Staff friendly but unobtrusive. Used pool, steam room etc small but sufficient, can use morning & evening

A very pleasant stay and we were very well looked after.

From the moment we arrived we were pampered and made to feel very special.

Although the room was a little small it had everything we needed and fitted out to a very high standard.

Continental breakfast was included but ordering from the menu is a must if staying for a few days and we found the standard of the food was of a high level.

Room Tip: If you book in at this hotel, don't forget to reserve a table within the Bohemia Restaurant as i...

A very enjoyable stay at the Club Hotel in St Helier. Good parking (important as the location is quite central), a delightful pool area, terrace and of course the Bohemia Michelin starred restaurant downstairs. The balance between coolness and functionality works very well in this hotel and extends to the staff, who are attentive without being fawning. The spa is delightful as well, based around a good sized salt water pool and three types of hot room. A very enjoyable couple of nights - with dinner both nights in Bohemia, which I have given a rave review elsewhere.

Sometimes it's difficult to put your finger on why you like a hotel so much. Maybe it's you; the company you're with or your general state of mind at the time of your visit. Maybe, however, the hotel grabs you as soon as you enter it. Either way, The Club provided my wife and I with two nights of sheer enjoyment which, given our visit was a mixture of both business and leisure, was no mean feat and proves that the hotel is equally capable of meeting the needs of both types of guest.

The hotel is very well designed. The public spaces are generously proportioned and interlink effectively allowing easy access to all outside spaces including the beautiful secluded pool garden area, as well as the bustling terrace bar; the best of both worlds. Bedroom corridors are wide and bright and we loved the illuminated room number feature outside each room.

There has clearly been a lot of thought put into the design of the bedrooms. Our large double bed was supremely comfortable with the softest linen I can ever remember in a hotel bedroom. The occasional chairs were actually very snug and user-friendly too (unlike many hotel chain furniture). Small touches that make a difference: (1) the work/make-up table has a pull-out flap to double the surface area. (2) There are proper black-out curtains which do eactly that - and what's more there are separate pully cords on the wall for each of the two types of curtain: blackout or sheer. (3) What other hotel includes a half bottle of 2nd growth claret (Segla) in its mini bar? (4) There are "proper" clothes hangers in the wardrobe; padded ones for ladies' dresses and trouser/skirt hangers too; this hotel trusts its guests!!

The marble-tiled bathroom is compact but nonetheless fully equipped with a plethora of controls for the two separate showers as well as the bath itself. Towels are, again, of the highest quality, and plenty of them (and flannels too). There is also a generous supply of bathroom accessories such as cotton pads, shower caps, and cotton buds. Despite all this, there were some maintenance issues in the bathroom which the hotel need to address; most notably the light above the sink and some peeling paintwork above the bath.

Breakfasts are part self-service. There's an abundance of fresh local produce; fresh fruit and fruit salad; sliced cheeses and continental meats. Hot food items (quite expensive) are ordered separately and served to the table (although on the Saturday morning of our stay there was no hot breakfast offered - and no explanation!).

There is a delightful heated indoor pool and a professionally managed spa offering a good array of treatments including a head and neck massage which lived up to all expectations!

This is certainly one of the best hotels on the island, scoring highly on design, comfort, service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Room Tip: Rear facing rooms - especially those overlooking the pool - are probably most sought after

I have just returned from a weekend stay in this hotel.
The hotel is located about 15 mins walk from the seafront in a fairly quiet part of town (just round the corner from the pedestrianised shopping precinct. No real views from the windows, but then we didn't spend many daylight hours in the room so not really a problem!
Continental breakfast was included and was nice with choice of meat/cheese/cereal/juices and pastries.
The rooms are well appointed with mini bar, hairdryer, TV/DVD, nice bathroom etc (couldn't find an iron)
The hotel staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble.
Didn't use the spa but tried the outdoor pool which was very refreshing (freezing lol)
Would definately stay here again and recommend to family and friends
