The hotel looks quite new and is stylishly designed. Our check-in was fast and efficient. The rooms are well-appointed, large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a range of local products, e.g. Jersey yoghurt, provided. The location is also great; we walked to our meetings in the town centre. A very good hotel in a nice town.

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel, and managed to get a 3 for 2 deal. Wow - is all i can say!
From the moment we checked in the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly!

Set in a quiet area, but within easy walking distance of shopping precinct, and the esplanade, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

We got a free upgrade and our room was fairly big, with a lovely bathroom and fully equipped with a chaise longue, mini bar, kettle, hairdryer, umbrella(!) and anything else you could possibly require. The bed was huge and very very comfy.

Maids even come in at night, and fold down the bed and leave shortbread in a jar on a bedside table!

We also had full use of the spa - which was very peaceful and relaxing.

Breakfast was pleasant we just stuck with the included continental breakfast, which was croissants, pain au chocolat, bread, meats, cheeses, fruit, juices, yoghurt and cereals. Plenty of variety.

We stayed for one night in this hotel. We had a nice room, clean, quiet and well equipped. (although not many TV channels. They have got a list of DVD-could be updated though- if you want to watch a film). The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We were disappointed in the bar food as it was very expensive and was not great at all. We would probably come back to this hotel but definitely won't eat at the bar.

Only a one night stay on business but very favourable. Good food, very comfortable beds, quiet (even with the road outside), comfy chairs to relax in. Close to St Helier town centre, and a short walk to the sea.

I hope to return soon for a longer visit.

My friend and I have just spent 2 fabulous days at this hotel. Hotel immaculate, modern and within walking distance of the town centre. All the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us - especially the guys on reception. One of the most comfiest beds I've slept in - not only a duvet on top but spoilt with one on the bottom over the mattress! Rooms were fab especially if you request one overlooking the small carpark as much quieter. Used the spa and again was fab as were the staff all of which made for a memorable weekend. Can't wait to return next year.

We holiday in Jersey every year normally staying in self catering out of town. We had the chance to return again this year for a few days last weekend and decided to spoil ourselves and stay at the Club in St Helier. We were not disappointed. Check in was very friendly - we had a very early flight and the chap on reception had our room ready for us by 11am. He then gave us a tour of the hotel and showed us to our room. The room was very well appointed and exceptionally clean. The bed was extremely comfortable - I can't remember ever sleeping so well in an hotel! We ate out most of the time but did have a meal one evening in the bar which was lovely. We used the pool and spa facilities on each day of our visit and special note to previous reviewer 'AlastairC749' - the hotel must have taken your review on board - the spa pool is now open to everyone from 8am/8pm. We will have no hesitation to return to the Club in the future.

This is not my favourite hotel, although I would probably stay again because of its convenient location - and it looks less like a prison than does the Radisson Blu. The room was comfortable and I got a decent night's sleep, however, the service at breakfast was not only very slow but the waitress's attitude was to say the least disinterested - even rude according to one of my colleagues. Trying to check-out was painful - they really should invest in an express check-out service for most guests are visiting on business and anxious to get their early flights. We very nearly missed our flight because on top of the slow check out, our taxi arrived to take six of us to the airport - yes it seated six but couldn't take our luggage - do they think I carry my spare clothes and cosmetics in my handbag? The taxi problem is probably not the hotel's fault, but, really, did they think we were going plane spotting? On the evening of our stay we had drinks in the bar together with some snacks - really very good.
