We stayed here for a long weekend and had an amazing time. The hotel feels like a hidden gem, you wouldn't think looking at it from the outside that inside you would get such perfect surroundings, great rooms, comfortable, friendly and top class service from a team that doesn't hesitate to make you feel welcome.
The spa and our treatments were great, definitely give the rasul mud treatment for two a try!
We had dinner in the Bohemia restaurant which was an incredible experience on it's own; the bonus of being minutes away from our room when we had eaten probably the best meal I have eaten made the occasion.
Definitely the place to stay if you deserve a treat and the restaurant is a real bonus.

We stayed here for a long weekend, it was very relaxing. The rooms are nice and well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The spa is free to use for all guests and is worth visiting. It isn't very big, but was pretty empty when we were there. We would recommend this hotel.

the hotel was clean and tranquil. the service was lovely and the spa treatments were good. only downside view from the room . the location is convenient but i would research the best room. sometimes the bar lacked atmosphere.

This hotel was genuinely pleasant place to stay.
Price was okay, there were no shortage of staff and they were kind.
Room was big enough for two, carpark with plenty of spaces. (If you drive low/big cars careful with high ramps, banked parking lot, tight space.)
Everything was good but nothing particularly outstanding or impressive.
I don't have any negativity but if I were to pick one then the receptionist's english was a bit poor for someone working for such a hotel in English spoken area.
The Michelin starred restaurant Bohemia was ok, not brilliant but I guess this is a separate thing from the hotel.

Would I consider going back? Probably. It's 'hassle and worry free hotel'. I know what to expect for the money and things are fairly descent. They claim to be a luxury hotel but I didn't get that impression.

I have stayed at this hotel twice for business and it is really good. The rooms are spacious, the service is good, there is a lovely bar and restaurant on the premises and it is around the corner from the shopping area. You won't go wrong with this one.

My husband and I have used the Club Hotel since 2006 for ourselves and our friends. The location is perfect meetings in town and meetings after in the bar.
The Bohemia restaurant is great and to be honest to my taste even better since the change of Chef. The deserts probably a bit less, but the rest of the menu exquisite.
The rooms are modern and well appointed. Depending at the time of the year, you may want to avoid the front rooms with the early morning sun and the third floor is better noise wise.
And I love the L'Occitane products in the bathroom!

My husband and I stayed here from Friday 24th until Sunday 26th January and had a lovely relaxing experience, the rooms are clean and comfortable with a very large comfortable bed. A fully stocked mini bar and teas and coffees included. The rooms also have good heating systems in which was very much appreciated considering how cold it was outside. Fully stocked bathroom with shower gels body lotions etc. staff including room maids are so friendly and helpfull, nothing is to much for them. We had a 3 coarse lunch booked in the restaurant which we had on Saturday as this was our first experience of fine dining we wasn't sure what to expect, it was first class food and service but unfortunately this type of food isn't for us, we preferred the bar food which was also cooked to perfection. If you like fine dining then the restaurant is perfect for you. This is a quality hotel and I would defiantly come and stay here again, but in warmer weather. We came as a treat from London because it was my husband and I 50th birthday and would recommend the place to our friends. Also if you like shopping the town has lots of very good shops and coffee shops. It's just a 2 minute walk from the hotel
